The scents arrived in a timely manner given it was Christmas and there were postal strikes, I ordered a range of different scents trying something new, some I would recommend, others not so much, either because the scent is weak or it doesn’t say what it is on the bottle

Fantastic support from Pure Scented
I experienced an issue with my order due to DPD not delivering my parcel.
Claire from Pure Scented has been amazing throughout. Claire contacted DPD on my behalf and emailed me daily with an update on my order.
Unfortunately, DPD decided to return my parcel to Pure Scented without attempting delivery, however, Claire contacted me to ask if I would like a refund or exchange. I asked for an exchange and Claire dealt with this very quickly.
I now have my parcel and I am so happy with the items and service I received from Pure Scented.
I highly recommend Pure Scented and will definitely order from this company again.
