I made an order for a few odd hundreds…

I made an order for a few odd hundreds and experienced lack of attention from
Support team. Basically I couldn’t track the parcel and it felt like scam. It wasn’t scam after all, the parcel was safely delivered to me. However, they never replied me on insta, on their site, email or whatever I was able to find. Basically the fact that it was on the way for 1.5 months and they never replied to any of my requests brings me to 4* out of 5*
