Switching Hell
Applied to switch by recommendation and Amazon voucher link not working. Received a new link and cancelled application in order to reapply with voucher reward.
Not able to reapply as email address is in use.
I am not concerned about my voucher but about the person who recommended me.
Not able to get any sense from questions asked on Whatbot. Very frustrating that there is no way of asking a human. Not able to log in any longer.

All this when I wish to be a customer. Not a good start and will probably stick with the devil I know.
Two days later.... Cancellation confirmed but I cannot reapply because my email address is still showing as being used. Cannot log in, sent email to verify email address which then stops me from reapplying. Round and round in circles.
One week later.... promised that all is clear for another attempt.
Same glich still means I cannot log in an switch because they hold my email address and log ins fail.
