Do not trust this company – Unusable vouchers and zero customer service

I bought two teen treatment vouchers, only for Pure Spa& Beauty to shut down all of their London branches shortly after. Their customer service team has been a complete nightmare. They suggested using a "twinned centre," but their prices are significantly higher, leaving me out of pocket. Wish I could turn back the clock and never purchase these vouchers. Would give the company zero stars if I could.
