First thing First...
First off, I have begun contact with the company. The issue Is I purchased 3 bracelets together, and in less than two months we have significant tarnishing/oxidation happening on the back side where it's against the skin. I'm hoping they can assist, as their ads indicate these are high quality items, I wouldn't have expected them to tarnish, and stupidly, I don't. have my initial order number or email to fall back on. But in looking at their current ads, this shouldn't be happening, and I expect them to do something about it. UPDATE. They are sending me three new bracelets, apparently they've improved the quality, unfortunately one of my initial colors is no longer available.....but.
UPDATE: they are sending replacement bracelets with an upgraded material that should eliminate the problem. No cost to me. I’ll update again once items received.
UPDATE: the replacement bracelets arrived and are beautiful. They no longer had one of our color choices, but we choose another option and all 3 look fantastic. They feel stronger, heavier, more detailed. Glad they were able to help us out.
