I had this service for almost 3 years. I had there highest speed package. Generally the speed was good, although there were occasional drop outs, daily but very short 1 minute or so, however still annoying when in meetings or gaming. Customer service couldnt fix this issue. I had 2 instances over the 3 years where it went down completely, customer service was fairly good here and got me back up and running same day on one instance but only 3 days later on the other. I wasn't offered any compensation for any of the issues which was disappointing. My worst experience however was when I moved house and left, in the T&Cs you sign years ago, it states you have to give a long notice to cancel even though I was on a rolling month contract (not a fixed term), so I ended up paying for over a month when I had already left and did not recieve the service.
Love Pure Fibre! Been with them for 4 years. Internet speeds always what promised. Very good service and a genuinely generous company - who have upgraded our equipment and boosted the top band for free. My favourite utility.
Generally good internet, fast speeds and almost no downtime. Customer support was amazing, Tommy was able to resolve my issues, this Friday, very rapidly. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and had good energy in his voice. He is the reason I took time out of my day to write this report.
Again had to contact them about the issues, to be greeted by a very aggressive rude man from their technical division, telling me it was my fault that they have attempted to go to my home while I'm at work and it is my fault it is taking so long! even though they can't supply any proof they have contacted me. Luckily I recorded the conversation and will be lodging a formal complaint along with making Carl a youtube star.

Excellent service from the signup process. Good Communication and great support all the way to installation. The support team is second to none; if only all companies had this customer service!

Most of the time its good, but the recent 4 day outage and the excuses of "damaged fibre" to then transpire into 2 lines of code were wrong from what an external contractor discovered shows an amateur mistake. Be honest with the issue and then you won't look bad.

I've now been without Internet for 4 days. As has most of the new housing estate. Pure fiber was the only option when we moved in. Have called in to an automated service where my only option was to leave a message for a call back. Still waiting for a call back 2days later.

I experienced internet connectivity issues this morning, the customer service agent was extremely polite, helpful and patient even though I felt a bit frustrated. When he couldn’t resolve my issues because it needed a more senior engineer to troubleshoot, he transferred my call immediately. What blew me away was when this could not be resolved on the phone, the engineer visited the property within the hour to resolve it physically.
I am beyond impressed with the service I always receive from Pure Fibre.

The initial contact from the sales team was a little flakey with a shortage of critical info,but that rapidly improved, and I have nothing but praise for the installation team. There were some delays due to existing infrastructure but Mark was outstanding in keeping us informed at every step. Chris and the “Civils” did a great job on the groundworks, showing care and consideration in getting done a tricky job. When I contacted tech support the response was swift and helpful on what turned out to be “operator error”. The competition could learn a lot from these guys!

If you are thinking about upgrading to full fibre please speak to this company first. The tech is amazing and you'll never have problems with wifi again, most companies i checked still offer the old wifi routers etc and i've gone from 40mbps max to 1000mbps for £2 a month extra & that price is fixed while you're a customer. But the real reason i immediately decided this was the company i was going with was Abbie :)
This charming young lady called me one day and just explained everything i needed and wanted to know, no hard sell, no sign up now or you'll miss out just call me if you want to join. she has been an absolute star and has managed the whole process from start to finish flawlessly. And finally a big shout out to the patient engineer trying to explain the installation couldn't happen the way it was in my head. So if you want a stress free installation, hi tech equipment, blistering speed and amazing friendly, fun customer service then don't call BT call Abbie.
