Online order via Etsy

Placed an online order and asked for this item to be received by a certain date, this date being quoted in the delivery section. Having received no feedback I chased my order, to be told delivery by the specified date wasn't possible so Peggy cancelled my order. With that in mind, I would recommend not purchasing from this seller.

Upon returning after the bank holiday, orders were created, to be despatched on 30th August. The Buyer purchased free standard shipping with a delivery window of 2-4 days from the date of shipment. On Etsy, the estimated delivery dates are visible on the product page. The estimated shipment date for this order was 31st August with expected delivery by 4 Sept (taking into consideration the bank holiday). The buyer requested that the order be rushed through but was advised that orders are completed in date order, particularly when ordering over a bank holiday period. We discussed the option to upgrade to faster delivery. The order would be sent RM24 with an expected delivery window of 1-2 days. I advised the buyer that I would send an invoice later that evening as I was in production during the day. The order had been processed, ready to be despatched on the 30th with an estimated delivery between 31st Aug - 1st Sept. The buyer reiterated that the order would need to be with them no later than the next day. 95% of RM24 are delivered the next day. I tried to explain to the buyer that I could not fully guarantee delivery by this date, the buyer was not happy and so the order was cancelled. To avoid disappointment always use the estimated delivery date provided on the Etsy Website. If you would like faster delivery, please select the faster delivery option during checkout, as orders will be despatched in date order, in line with the Etsy delivery window.

Fab idea!

I thought this was such a lovely unique idea and I had a bag made for my cousins retirement gift. I hope she loves it as much as I do! Fab, fast service too - all in all I’m very happy and I’m sure I will be ordering again!
