Great product . I didn’t realize I was on a subscription so wrote an email and they cancelled it straight away. Very happy with the service.
The infusers are amazing as well I will be ordering more, just not tied to a subscription.

First of all it took months to get my original order. Then out of the blue they sent me a huge box of kits and charged a different card which is illegal. Do not do business with these people. I'm in touch with an Attorney

Customer service is amazing and answers to emails quickly. Their presentation of their products are nice when it comes to the design of the diffusers and the boxes they come in. Their diffusers do give the effect that they are intended to and I would consider their products fairly priced. Unfortunately because of the cost of living being high and having to cut spending I had to cancel my subscription. Hopefully one day I can return as a customer.

accidentally signed up for subscription. Since there is NO working PHONE contact info, email to cancell was sent. 5 days later, subscription has still NOT been cancelled

I ordered the 4 x Diffusers Pack in late March. after waiting for 6 weeks, the items haven't yet arrived. I emailed the Pure team couple of times and the AI bot response was that a Human will assist. No response since. I am planing to take legal action to recover the money I paid.
I also note that a link sent by their courier indicates the items have been delivered which is not true. The Courier company is not responding to emails either.

I love this product! It has helped this 55 year habit made so much easier to quit! I don't like that it takes so long to get your order. I placed an order on May 1st, on May 7th I get an email asking to confirm my order, when I had their confirmation from May 1st! So now it's May 10th & it's not even shipped! However you can order from Amazon, same thing, a little cheaper, & receive the very next day!!

My issue was addressed immediately with patience and guildence. ( wasn't the diffusers issue; it was mine) 100% great customer service. Never once did I feel like ; " well, that's on you" attitude. Completely walked me through everything. Demonstrates what Customer Service is and should be; even when there isnt really an issue after all. They are doing it right.

Made the order accidentally had the old address in it there was a tiny hick up but they have resolved after email them they ended up with resolving this issue witch was a mistake on my end but honestly good coustmer services they reached straight back with a email so I’ve got nothing bad to say about the coustmer care services don’t know what the product is like yet that why I’m doing a 4 star review

Great products and appreciate the quality. Also great customer service when I had a question on an order. Very responsive and professional which doesn’t happen often with many online orders.

Avoid this company at all costs! They use "dark patterns" to trick customers into monthly subscriptions without clear consent. My husband ordered once, and they have now charged our card twice (Order #389672 and #397369) for a total of over 5,600 MKD.

The first order from early April NEVER arrived. When we contacted support (Nahomy), they admitted the second charge was an automatic subscription and refused a refund, claiming the items were "shipped" even though nothing has been delivered in over 30 days. This is textbook consumer fraud.

We have already initiated a chargeback with our bank and reported them to the authorities. Do not trust their "Customer Success" team—they are only there to keep your money.

Shipping took a while (but they could just be really busy). I had concerns with my order, and customer service was fast and friendly. Just enough flavor to not be too much. Wasnt a fan of the detox flavor but the rest are good. The melatonin WORKS very well.

The first time I ordered pure I loved it… It was helping me quit smoking and smoking weed… but this time I ordered the complete set but still waiting luckily someone found my order and helped me get the tracking to work so I appreciated it very much but I do recommend and I’m also going to recommend this to my mother in law who is also trying to quit smoking

Company scammers. And did not deliver my package and claimed my order did not match and I have photo proof i ordered from there
