I believe Pure Diesel is a quality…
I believe Pure Diesel is a quality company. With knowledgeable people. My first experience was not so great, but I still want to give PDP another shot. I placed an order 4/3/26, was told by rep. that the OEM PARTS I WAS REQUESTING WERE IN STOCK for most of them. I was pleased. Rep. stated all was in stock and would ship out same or next day. The site states 7-10 days for delivery. After 13 days, No parts, No communication, no tracking number. I started calling, two days later after the management team reviewed the taped conversation, they apologized for not getting the parts out and not communicating. The OEM part that was “in stock” when I placed the order, somehow disappeared and I was offered a cheaper replacement. The order arrived within 3 days, however one of the important parts I ordered, was the wrong part. The truck was apart and I had to purchase a more expensive replacement locally. I am pleased to say, PDP has owned the mistake, and has promised a full refund w/o restocking fees nor shipping cost. I’m very pleased if that comes to pass.
I will be continuing to use PDP, as I believe this might just been one of those unfortunate slips. The parts that were purchased and used seem quality parts.

From the beginning to the end was smooth and simple from finding what I needed to the take it takes to process and ship and receive the order has been great. They'll let you know if something was out of stock and would try to find a replacement for you but a good company to order from.
