Fantastic customer service and incredible tea
Fantastic customer service. Discount code wasn't working so I emailed them. They got back to me quickly and offered a refund for the discount the code would have given. Tea was ordered 23rd of December and arrived Xmas eve(free delivery), emails received and refund sorted Xmas day! Plus the matcha tea is incredible. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Excellent Product for it's Value, it's not ceremonial but it doesn't taste crappy like other products who claim they ceremonial grade. It has a nice neutral taste, especially if you use any milk or nondairy milk in the mix

Excellent customer service
The packaging was damaged, which was not great as the purchase was a gift. We would have been OK with that just about, however, the packaging was damaged inside and the seal of the jar was broke! However, PureChimp quickly replaced my purchased and it arrived in mint condition. Thank you for that.
