Not fit for purpose

This came from BT but now seems to have disappeared and there’s no way of knowing where it is now, instructions when registering the card didn’t explain where it can be spent. Best avoided.

To find your BT Pure Card number, log in to your account at purecard.com and navigate to "View my card" to display the card number, expiry date, and CVV.

The card works like most Mastercards and can be used to make online purchases, however more information on where you can spend the card can be found when logged into your account.

I signed up for the BT Broadband switch…

I signed up for the BT Broadband switch from Vodafone because it is advertised as a £175 payment card. Once signed up and switched II, then received a payment card for £75, this is clearly a marketing advertisement plan. Not Happy.

Not bad but far from great

Not bad but far from great. You can’t add additional funds to it so I’m struggling to see the point. If you wanted to purchase something of greater value than the credit balance of the card - you can’t.

We do appreciate you feedback, however a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

I have not used my reward card yet. I was disappointed that it had to be used in tech items (unless I’ve got this wrong)

The card itself is virtual and can only be used online, however it can be used on many items - not just tech.

Comments on broadband and rewards card.

The broadband is a good strong and steady signal. The app is easy to use. THE REWARDS CARD WORKS WELL. BUT IT IS complicated to set up. With the help of the advisor I managed to do it.
