Would Not Repurchase
Received a package that had liquid coming out, on further inspection I noticed the liquid was coming from the bottle and dripping from the cap. Therefore It was losing product and air was being let in.
Asked for an exchange or refund and they blamed it on shipping and said just because I “felt” the product was defective doesn’t mean it was and they don’t refund this.
Because I wasn’t getting anything back for the lost product I finally removed the tape around the cap and saw large amounts of liquid pouring down, so more confirmation for me that it wasn’t based off a “feeling”
I’ve received many similar products that don’t leak like this, so I don’t believe it’s solely shippings fault, the company could have taken better precautions.
I believe the company should take responsibility, and realize putting liquids in a plastic bottle and a soft envelope (not a box) would increase the likelyhood of this occurring.
Overall, I would not repurchase and I’m disappointed I wasted my money.
