Brilliant.. Fast Postage as described

Brilliant... Ordered a mavic part I couldn't get in Ireland... Received it the same week from Purebike and I'm back up and running for the weekend.. Thank you

Extremely slow delivery

Site says delivery 72 hr but 6 business days later no parcel. According to their tracking it left France 5 business days ago. Site has a .co.uk address to fool you into thinking its a UK site. Would not recommend. Very poor service.

Your order was registered last october 5th and was shipped the same day . It's actually on his way to your country. Delivery informations are those generaly observed but it also can be delayed for some reasons we do not control. We have opened and investigation with the shipping company for your parcel and you will receive a notification for this.

We are a bike store in France and all the details are clearly shown on our website : https://www.pure-bike.co.uk/legal-notice/ . We also indicate Google Map adress !

Anyway our customer service remain available for any other question
