Charged my card way too much
The product is decent and I have ordered it a few times. The poor review is due to the customer service and the updated purchasing process, which resembles a temu black hole. Several add-on options have been added after the payment entered, discount codes added and purchase complete. Once I hit my final "no thank you", it said "purchase complete" with a price over $200 more than what was expected. I contacted customer service immediately to correct the issue. Instead of correcting the incorrect charge and addi g the discount code, they sent a return label.

I can recommend Pureance products. I've tried Cellular Restore Serum and looked at other products they offer. They're all natural, organic and USDA certified with very "clean" ingredients. The packaging, bottle is made out of glass, which gives it a luxurious feeling.

I never received my order
I never received my order. They claimed they had proof I received it because it was shipped to my address. They also said it must have gotten lost. My credit card resolved it in my favor. Do not do business with them.

Product is just ok....not great. And they sign you up for a six month subscription at 77 dollars per month without telling you!!!! Deceptive company! Save yourself a lot of trouble and DO NOT buy from them.

The product came at just the right time…
The product came at just the time I was wanting to do something to help stop the extreme loss of hair I've experienced over the years. I would have preferred to be able to purchase just the shampoo now and maybe get a catalog showing the other products. It took much too long to be able to order!
