Everything was fine with order and delivery was on time and undamaged. Only small complaint was the website displays Ex VAT price only which is just annoying. It's simple maths but I would just rather know how much something is simply from the product page. Have both maybe.

Amazing customer service.
Had a slight issue with my cube wheel and they sent a replacement with return labels included. All done with next day delivery. Would highly recommend then and will certainly be purchasing more from them..

The shop has all the brands you would expect to build a variety of rigs based on budget, which makes it an excellent one-stop shop, especially with next-day delivery.

But what really sets them apart is the customer support. As a first-time rig builder who was unsure about what to get, especially with the large variety of accessories available, I spent a few days on and off speaking to Ash, who was incredibly helpful in explaining pros/cons of various items I was unsure about.

Will definitely be shopping with PureSims in the future for any (inevitable) upgrades!

Chatted out of hours on WhatsApp, it's what I wanted, ordered it and it arrived within the guaranteed time frame. Very easy to use and ideal for minor adjustments when aligning multiple monitors. Highly recommended. I now have puresims as a shortcut.
