Disappointed only because my merchandise was stolen
The shipment was sent off at a reasonable time, no complaints there. However, I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else because the people at UPS stole my perfume and delivered me an empty box. So I don’t think I’ll be ordering again for that reason. Not because of the purchase or shipment.

Good, bad, and ugly
I'll just assume things are set up the way they are for a reason. Airline tickets cannot be purchased stand-alone. Although the price of the tickets I just bought were the same as the prices on airline site, I had to spend an extra $100+ to get them in renting a car for one day that I do not need. Secondly, whatever in the confirmation process that resets the information that has already been confirmed, requiring another confirmation any time something is added to the purchase needs to be fixed. If I confirm something, why do I have to reconfirm again and what causes already entered information to change? Ex: Information for two airline tickets entered and confirmed. Then, after adding rental car, new information needed confirmed. Why did airline information change, when untouched? This caused my airline documents to be wrong after purchasing - DOB and middle name changed without me editing. Luckily, calling the airline as soon as the documents were received, they were able to make the corrections, thanks in part to the fact that flight was being booked 6 months in advance. The UGLY part is that customer service was terrible when I called to ask about fees / interest rates and paying down amount before making the purchase and that they offer no help whatsoever in making corrections after the fact. I do understand that the site clearly states that no changes can be made but maybe get your entry screens functioning better or state that all information can change without warning - even if already confirmed.
