Our puppy arrived in good health and 2 hours early. The process of buying her was seamless. Puppyspot was very responsive and provided any information I needed after purchase. Customer service was very helpful. We are happy with our puppy and the service from Puppyspot!

Getting My Puppy; I sought out a different puppy service…

I sought out a different puppy service from Pawrade. I found Puppy Spot. I began to scroll all the miniature Schnauzer puppies. And then, there she was. A 20-week old little girl named Zelda. I se t out an inquiry and this started the process.

Of course they want to get the funding settled. They went through all the options for delivery. They wanted $900 for the pup to be delivered to me. This is absurd in my opinion unless you are going across the USA! I chose to pick her up in the breeders home town.

I arrived. I was hoping the breeder would be there. But he was not. There was a hand off. Nothing wrong with the delivery person. Just disappointment.

My traveling companion and I drove through Taco Bell. I tried to bring Zelda out to sit in the grass with us. She started to rare and wriggle so badly. She almost came out of the collar but I was able to tackle her. You could tell that she had never had a leash on. It was a terrifying moment.

I sent messages for the breeder and they were answered in a timely manner. The communication was excellent.

Zelda sat in the back seat, without a peep for the 4-hour drive home. Zelda easily became a part of my family and my 14-month old mini schnauzer, for whom I had purchased Zelda. She needed a playmate.

Overall, it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend Puppy Spot. I would add one thing. They need to provide a list of costs that will be included to finish the deal. It is a bit confusing, talking it through on the phone. So, I think this would be a valuable addition to the process.

PuppySpot's main attribute

PuppySpot's main attribute, in my opinion, is that they make purchasing your new pet easy and convenient from start to finish. Once you pick your pet, the rest is easy and delivery of my dog, Buddy, was seamless and, I believe, everything necessary to keep my dog as safe and as calm as possible.

Communication Challenges

At the start of our process purchasing our puppy the communication was great. Once we selected and purchased our puppy, that’s when the communication broke down. Other than generic marketing emails it was difficult to get information regarding our puppy, delivery, documents and portal setup.

This is the second puppy A++++++ experience

This is the second puppy i have purchased from Puppyspot.
I've had a better experience here than with any breeder.
My pups have been healthy and well adjusted ,even they were10 wk
eeks old. The whole expierence is professional. I love the puppycare bags.
The mode at with my pups arrived was great. The communication from everyone was top notch, professional, kind , amazing ! I would prefer to get all my pups from Puppyspot.

I appreciate the drivers Ryan and Titus for keeping us posted through out the trip. Our pup arrived earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise. She was clean and well fed and happy! Bumpy start put a strong finish as of right now

Well I had to get my finances together to get Walt who is now known as Hershey they are very friendly kept in contact with me until the purchase but I was getting kind of nervous during the process after I purchased as I wasn't being contacted on my delivery date as I paid for delivery through their their pet Transit program I had to call and finally contacted someone that said it was 3 days past or when I should have received information he assured me that he would gather the information needed and I would receive a call and then a email in the morning and sure enough I did I received my puppy approximately 3 to 4 weeks after payment which was to be expected and my driver's we're excellent in handling and with communication and was on time with my delivery I'm very happy with him he is a beautiful Pomeranian.

Special thanks to Clinton and Austin who were my delivery guys they kept in touch with me they let me know when they would be there they called when they were almost there and they also called when they got there being that it was early morning Clinton and Austin thank you for taking such good care of my dog as he looked great and smelled great and seemed very happy when he got to me again thank you Clinton and Austin

5 stars all the way around!

Just purchased our third puppy. All of the agents we spoke with were delightful, breeder sent over a bunch of helpful info, too all around 5 stars. The only thing that is different from buying our other dogs is all the extras you want the buyer to purchase. I do LOVE not having to go to the airport and the curbside delivery option. It’s expensive but the driver ( Darren) was awesome and told us about his schedule that he’d been following. I plan on using you for my next dog. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you all SO much! We’re in love with him.

The process started with Jordan

The process started with Jordan. He was wonderful. Then my number and email was handed off. I couldn’t get hardly anyone to respond to a text or email. Just a notice that a team member was being assigned. On the rare occasion someone did get back with me they were incompetent and not informed. For example I asked about the delivery service. She said my dog would be on the road for two to four weeks. I only live 330 miles away! What could we do to speed up the delivery time? Maybe meet them somewhere. They said it would not matter. It came
To a point I honestly thought I had been scammed. But I did get my dog and the pickup went well. Need to work on the people who get the customers second hand! They don’t make the customer feel good!
