Took my Yorkie in for a puppy cut and really didn't like what they did with her. Supposed to be short but wasn't she needs another cut months before she's due. Do not recommend they don't listen to what you want. Expected better but was disappointed. Any recommendations for a good groomer for Yorkies?

Anyone can say, “please let us know how we can help or make it right”. Those are just words to fool TrustPilot and potential consumers. Let’s see some ACTION by refunding people their money for products (that aren’t the products described on the internet).

Scam alert!!

Scam alert!!! Ordered on November 25, 2024…today is January 10, 2025 and still no package. They say it takes 7-10 days for delivery, it’s been 7 WEEKS. I wrote them on December 10th and got no response. I wrote them again on December 15th, they replied days later saying my order was on the way, to rest assured.

This is NOT a small family owned business. It is a failed drop shipper from China. I have charged back to credit card and I don’t expect to ever receive my order.

It has been 4 weeks since I placed my order for a seat cover. My credit card was charged but I have yet to receive a reply to the emails I sent requesting the status of the order.

The tracking number provided does not show any activity nor does an additional Chinese tracking number. There is no phone number to call. Disappointing as it seemed this site was reputable.

I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

I order car seats cover for my dogs last Nov 20th till today Dec 23rd I haven’t received my order and I have sent 5 emails to ask about my order no response, there you go my $90 goes, I think this company is a scam or they just have a bad customer service. Don’t let these reviews scare you too much! I purchased a seat cover from puppy place on November 14, and like others, received a weird confirmation email that said something about how my order may take weeks to process since it’s a “family owned business.” I then started googling like crazy to see if I fell for a scam and after reading these reviews thought all hope was lost. (Note, I did email the company right away asking to cancel my order, to which they replied a few days later saying it was too late to do that and my order already processed lol).

I can confirm that I DID receive my package today, December 22. They never disclosed anywhere that these products come from China. The quality isn’t all that hot either, but it did arrive.

If you ordered a package already, don’t panic. If you’re thinking of ordering a package from puppy place, I’d look on Amazon first. I ended up buying a seat cover from there after I thought I got scammed and it came within a few days and is much better quality than the seat cover I received from puppy place.

Just a reminder to order anything online with a credit card just in case your order never arrives. Contact your credit card company and they will help you figure it out!

Terrible. Don't order. if its not a scam. it's the worst customer service ever. Ordered over a week ago and have never gotten any shipping or tracking info. Have placed several calls and email and never gotten a response. Looks like I'm out 100.00

Do not waste your time or money!! Truly terrible experience with this company. I placed an order Nov 20th and have yet to see the product a month later. I’m not completely certain if it’s a scam, but it’s either that, or a really terrible shipping service. My shop app actually showed some tracking info, and the product seemed to be moving through customs, but the last I’ve seen is “assigned to transport” on Dec 8. I’ve had no reply from 3 emails to the company. And they even sent out some mass email saying “rest assured, your order is on the way!”. I have ZERO confidence in this company. I also did a week trial period for the item and it already said my item was delivered and the trial ended… what a joke! When the charge does show up on my cc I’ll be disputing it ASAP. If this is a legitimate company, they have some serious work to do.

Dont order if you expect it delivered EVER or at least over a month.

Not sure I will ever get what i ordered. Placed order on Nov. 25th. they advertise falsly and say it delivers in 7-10 days. Its December 18 and the supposed "tracking" still says "in transit." I emalied company wanting to cancel my order on Dec. 8th bc i didnt have any tracking info or email showing it had been shipped. They emailed me back 4 days later and said it was too late to cancel bc it had shipped already. The tracking number provided showed it conveniently shipped two days after i wanted to cancel. I should have done my homework and not assumed this was a company selling from the US. I will probably never see my order. Im out $100. lesson Learned

I would give NO stars, even NEGATIVE stars if possible! Everyone is correct this is a scam. I should have researched before I bought but thought their advertising as a US company in DE was legit. I ordered and they immediately took the money on Black Friday and it was to arrive within 7 days. Never received it. The original notice said it was being shipped and info to come on tracking. It’s a Chinese tracking center. Never has shipped. So I emailed company because phone doesn’t and said I wanted a refund and to cancel the order. A quick reply back said no refund (despite their policy) because it had been shipped. They said….Unfortunately the shipper cannot provide a tracking number because of the busy holiday. I emailed back and said that makes no sense that something is shipped and no tracking info. Again demanded a cancel and refund; AGAIN the company refused saying it’s somewhere shipped. Their link to previous email still shows sitting in China waiting to be shipped. I reported fraud to my credit card and my cc company refunded directly back to me and will investigate. SO, stay away from this group!!

The tracking number provided is fake. The product is shipped from China. I have yet to hear back from the company. I literally just got scammed out of $100!!!!

Is this a scam?

Placed an order on Sept 22nd. With the confirmation it says to expect that to expect a 7 day delay before order is processed. They give you a tracking number that doesn't work and a phone number that is constantly busy. Feels like a scam.

Ordered on September 5th. It was said to allow 7 days to process. Well, the 19th it was shipped. You can't track the shipping. Here it is the 28th and no delivery. I will never order anything online except through Amazon. This country is so screwed up. Think twice about this company or any company you're ordering from online.
