I ordered books about a month ago and I still have not received the books. I tried to reach customer service, but they have no phone number and I have to wait in "The Que" to chat with someone forever or wait a day for an email response. Just terrible customer service.

Today, December 3, 2022 I have been charged $97 plus for digital books that I did not authorize. I have reported to Pay pal that I did not authorize this charge. Very anxious about this. Thought I only ordered 3 Christmas Christian books for church library. Be careful.

SCAM! Beware that they steal money! We tried to cancel many times and they continued to take our money. Horrible company. Please shut them down.

Sadly, like everyone else I was scammed out of $97! That money was for Christmas! I will be filing complaints with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. I found the FTC website. Join me in getting this place SHUT DOWN! It's reportfraud.ftc.

The books are good, but BE WARNED! They automatically sign you up for a digital subscription to the tune of $97. I had to report it as fraud and cancel my credit card.

Same thing, ordered a book and $97 shows up on the credit card.

Customer Service said the CEO's name is Jason Kutasi and you can email him directly at jkutasi@ pdicbooks.com for a refund. He is in charge of the yearly subscriptions!!!

Ordered books on 10/13/22 and the books are good. On 11/13/22 was charged for a yearly subscription to their library. I did not approve this but was notified by the company since I had not responded to the 30 day free trial I was billed for the library fee. Watch for anything unusual on you charge card.

I ordered a total of 6 books for my grandchildren and paid $114.06 with my credit card in October 2022. I received the books BUT however my card was charged a $97.00 on 11/17/22. I am not sure why I was charged this! I have called my credit card to dispute this amount and my Bank has filed a dispute for me. When I looked into PDIC with the BBB, looks like you have done this multiple times with your customers! SHAME ON YOU😡I was looking forward to giving my grandchildren the 6 books, yes 6 books that cost me $114.00. That was not good enough for PDIC!!!
I now will not be giving my grandchildren these books from a company that blatantly took advantage of me. My bank has removed the $97.00 from my card and looking into this. I would like to return these books and get my $114.00 back! How can we do this? AGAIN, I am not giving this Christian books to my grandchildren from a company that took advantage of me!!

I ordered 3 books. Received them, paid for them and now I have a $102 on my credit card!. I did Not order this and did not even received anything for the $102.can not get in touch with the company

Scammers! Stay away from this company!!!

I clicked on one star otherwise I couldn’t write a review. This company is a scamming company. Their website just spins when you click in any customer service option and they don’t answer their phone, but they do duplicate your order and then charge you for a yearly membership you never authorized. I’ve submitted a formal complaint with better business bureau and all the other complaints were the same as mine. 11/08/

Wish I'd looked up this company before being scammed. Duplicate order for which I was charged, and"digital library" I didn't authorize.

Same scam as with all the other complaints. Order 3 books and did receive them. However, I was charged $97.00 plus tax for a monthly digital library I never subscribed to. Can find no way to get in touch. When I try to cancel through their customer service it says my email doesn’t show up to cancel.

Ordered three books. Charged and received no problem, however, now a 97.00 charge on my account and don’t know why. I have not authorized anything or ordered anything else.

I ordered some books from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream on 10/8/22. I received the books and was happy with that purchase. However today, 11/7/22, I was charged $97 for a PDIC Digital Library! I have no idea what this charge is nor did I sign up for it, let alone authorize it! There was absolutely no communication about this charge whatsoever. *** tried contacting the company to be refunded the amount but have not heard back from them. Extremely disappointed and misled by this company!

Total scam...same experience as all the comments below. Ordered books 1 time and now a charge has gone through for products I never ordered.

This company is a scam outfit that rips people off after getting a hold of debit/credit cards! Do not trust them or order anything from them! They need to be SHUT DOWN!!! I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and anyone else regarding consumer fraud!

Like so many others I’ve read on here, I tok was scammed! Ordered 1 copy SEASONS OF LIFE, GODS GIFT & SIT STAY LOVE. I received 2 identical copies which should’ve been $14.95! Was billed $95! Even shipping n handling shouldn’t have come to that much!
Getting ahold of someone to talk to is nearly impossible!!
