While the product is very well made my dog won’t sleep in the bed. Again it’s not the product. My dog is a cavalier and she likes to ooze out of her bed. She can’t do this as the walls are too high. So if you have a dog that sleeps half in , half out this is not the bed for your dog

Bed is lovely and soft and our little 12 week old mini schnauzer loves curling up next to us on the lounge. At night she hops in her calming bed all by herself and sleeps the entire night through. Both beds are establishing great routines.

OMG I am so excited with my purchase of Pupnaps bed for my dogs. They don't want to get out of them and are now sleeping in them every night were they used to sleep on the bed. They are so relaxed and warm they just love them money very well spent. Thank you so much.

We now have 6 pupnaps and 4 dogs , They each have a pupnap that is their favourite and our eldest has 2 ! They a truly a great bed and the recent oodie collaboration was a winner for us . Love that I can take the covers off and wash them , it’s like giving them a new bed each time you wash ! Highly recommend these beds .

Love my pup nap bed. It’s the only one my Ted hasn’t chewed up, he now prefers to sleep on this than on our bed. Win win for all

The calming dog bed had been a big part of my pups life. Thank you for a great removable washable cover. The teething stage has been brutal to all objects big and Small. The zippers on their beds have been no acceptation they chewed the zips to get to stuffing
Saved the pillows inside but can’t close covers. I bought a new bed and extra cover and have been very diligent telling them not to chew the covers. Can I get new zips put in 1 month old covers sitting in closet Many thxs

I bought the medium calming bed for my Jack Russell. The quality is great and it is so soft and nice and warm for winter. However, i found it difficult trying to work out the right size i kept going back and forth between the small and medium and ended up choosing the medium and was surprised at how big it was when it arrived and think the small would have been the better option.

This is the 3rd Pupnaps bed we have purchased for our lab and he loves it. We like to have a couple of beds on rotation so his bedding is always clean and fresh. Everytime we have purchased from Pupnaps we have been very happy with the quality and the speed of delivery. Thank you.

Very happy with the service and products. We have two Pupnap beds for one dog, our girl just loves the comfort and security her beds give her. She is a rescue pup and these beds are perfect for rescue pups! Highly recommend! Just bought a cover to swap over whilst one is in the wash, and will buy another soon. Easy to clean, cover straight in the wash!

I chose to go with an Australian based company as I thought it would be easier to deal with them if there were any issues, sadly I was sorely mistaken. They refuse to make or take phone calls and your only option is to deal with them via email. They only have one email address, so you can't appropriately give feedback about your dealings with any particular staff member.

To make matters worse, despite only dealing with customers via email, the questions I asked in my initial email weren't addressed until I was finally afforded my repeated request for someone else to deal with my issue, this was almost a week later. Although my initial emails were dealt with promptly, as the issue went on, the delay between responses became longer and longer which was getting me closer to the end of my 14 day trial period.

My issues that could have been easily resolved in a 10 minute phone call (or voice chat through their computer system) took 24 emails over 11 days. Such in inefficient way to do business with a local company.

I also found the sizing guide on their size chart to be fairly inaccurate and although I advised the supervisor of this in one of my emails to her she never acknowledged nor addressed this point.

My two dogs (GSP’s) absolutely love these amazing pupnap beds. They even prefer them over the lounge! So they no longer try to get up onto the furniture.. Yaay! And they sleep all night. In fact wherever their beds are they plonk down and stay put. They love the shape and the way the sides curl around them - I guess that’s why they are called comforter beds. One of the best things about them also is that they are completely washable. The zips are strong and of good quality and the base is waterproof so the beds can be placed outside on the verandah. I purchased these around 18 months ago and they are still in great shape after many washes. I bought a new smaller one recently as a gift for a friend with a very old fractious dog and it has made a world of difference. Her dog is so much more settled. An awesome product! Highly recommend.

My puppy loves his new bed, and although he’s only had it for about 3 weeks he hasn’t managed to tear a hole in it like his other beds so far. Super padded and fluffy. This bed isn’t cheap, however I feel like it’s going to outlast all the other cheaper beds I’ve bought so far. Delivery was very fast and I was updated about the progress of my purchase.

Its a good bed. My cocker likes it but doesnt love it as I hoped he would.
I ordered the M in grey. The label on the box said it was grey but the bed inside was blue.
Confirming the bed doesn't have a blue tinge; it's navy.

My dogs love these beds. This was a new bed we bought to add to our collection. They are their ‘go to’ bed for most of the day when at home. Although they have a bed each, they often cuddle up together and share the one bed. Highly recommended.
