Pup Luck provides very good quality items for dogs.Unfortunately the good quality ruck sack didn’t suit her needs and I had to return it.I am grateful to Pup Luck for returning my payment.

The first one had a defect and was replaced with no problem. New manufacturer and best quality. Pup Luck stands by their products and have excellent customer service. I have recommended them to many people especially in the Shih Tzu Love Facebook page

Awful company! The rucksack I ordered was lost by the company they used to deliver the bag. The delivery company held their hands up to this and asked me to contact pup luck for a refund. 28 days later I am still waiting for a refund to be given, I have sent them the emails from the delivery company and all I get is “the logistics team are looking in to this”. No bag and they still have my money. Avoid this company

Our 5 month old puppy was quite happy sitting in the pup ruck sack.
Its great because we get to go walking & at the same time saving our puppys joints.
Highly reconmended.

I was recommended this company by a friend who showed me their backpacks and they are of great quality so I didn't hesitate to order my own - I can't wait for them to arrive!

Although delivery was painfully slow, I was concerned that my rucksack would never arrive. But today it was delivered. I’m really pleased with it. It’s well made plenty of storage pockets for water bottles keys phone and treats. We can still continue to go on our adventures when her little legs are tried. Thank you.

I was a bit concerned as it took longer to arrive. I then read some reviews which weren’t very good. However, the rucksack arrived yesterday and it is absolutely fine. I am happy to leave a fair review as for the price it is very good, and will do the job more than adequately. It is also good that it’s made from breathable fabric and will be easy to wash. I need the rucksack for my old doggie as when visiting a city centre there is usually lots of broken glass which would damage her paws. Thank you Pup Luck for dealing with my enquiry too.

Just had a puppy so looked for something to help carry her. Ordered the item as looked like the right kind of thing and looked like a good price. Paid the extra £1 I think it was for priority postage, unsure how much it helped but it's only a £1. Received the item a couple of days towards the maximum length of delivery. Have used the item today and works well. The only reason it's not a full score is the reply from emails was a good few days but did get replays after that. I would use them again, thank you for a great item.

Very impressed with there service, very responsive to e-mails . I ordered wrong size they corrected immediately! Couldn't be happier! I would recommend to any one who needs their products! 5 stars all the way!!!

I bought the wrong size rucksack for our dog. Pup Luck could not have been more helpful. They quickly offered another rucksack with a large discount (as returns are not practical).

I’ve given 1 star and would have given no stars because you can’t return the product to this company unless it’s damaged or arrives three months late. It’s a joke. Steer clear! I think I could have bought the same product on Amazon.

Absolutely disgraceful! I placed an order from what I thought was a UK company. The item I ordered was dispatched from China and took five weeks to get here. At this point I had to find an alternative product. I have tried to contact the company several times to cancel/return the item but they don’t respond. If they don’t reply by Monday I will go through my card issuer to get a refund from them. DO NOT ORDER from this disgraceful company, they will take your money for cheap tat and not respond to your emails!

This is the 2nd review I am leaving for this company as I need to make people aware that they do not have a cancellation or refund policy!! Absolute Joke!!! Emails go weeks before being answered and when they do, Its either asking for the name and address AGAIN or to contact Royal Mail with NO REFERENCE NUMBER! How can you track a parcel with no reference! I feel I have lost my order and my money!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Company claims to be UK based, but is in fact China.
Been waiting for my item for almost a month, with no response from their customer service.
I Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering, I would have never placed an order.
I may be wrong, but surely its illegal to claim you are a UK based company when you are not !!

Bought a fluffy dog bed and my yorkie loved it immediately

REVISED REVIEW (Again) -
(29/01/24) I have had my doggy rucksack for less than a year and it's completely fallen apart. The clasp on the waist strap was the first to break. Then, today, BOTH arm straps ripped off. Luckily my dog wasn't hurt, but it's obvious that it's cheaply made. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a doggy rucksack and regardless of recieving an email saying that it was on its way, it took longer than stated to receive. I did finally receive it today, but only after emailing the company numerous times with no replies and leaving a 1-star review on Trustpilot as well as negative comments on their social media advertisements. The rucksack is a good size for my senior pug, who I originally bought it for, but can also be used for my Frenchie that gets a little stubborn at times. I am looking forward to getting to use it on my next trekking journey with my dogs.

Bloody waste of time. Don't even think about ordering anything from this site. Any good reviews are fake. All this site is is a scam. I know you read your reviews, so unless you want a bad review every week from me I suggest you either respond to me or give me a refund. All this person does is take our orders and money then orders what we want from China. They make a profit take our money and then don't give a sh__ after that. Well I tell you now whoever you are it won't last I promise you that. You bloody head office is an empty office block, please all look it up. Your not registers at companies house so don't even pay tax your company is completely unacceptable and you're full of sh--

I ordered a doggy rukhsack following your online advice on size and breed but when I got the item it was too big. I contacted you to arrange an exchange but you asked me to buy another at a reduced price. So I did and that was too small. So I now have two rucksacks and neither are suitable for my dog. Spent twice as much money as well.

Absolutely rubbish service & company. My order was late by months & when I returned it they never refunded me. I have my doubts about this company. They aren’t based in the UK. Would never use again & would strongly encourage people to avoid purchasing from them. The reply you will read from them below is also fake. I will email them my details & they still won’t refund me. I have contacted them on multiple occasions. I don’t believe this is a genuine company. I will never use them again.
