Absolute joke of a site. Sent out broken curling wand and refuse point blank to replace or refund. Would give no stars. Avoid at all cost! Should be shut down!

CRIMINAL COMPANY
Either from China or Vietnam.
Not a British company as advertised.
Goods are FAKE copies.
They take your order and either send out fake or nothing at all.
They will never refund you in any circumstance. The support customer service is trained to avoid helping and refuse any error
On their part.
There is a standard copy/paste reply to all reviews on here showing they have not bothered to read them, there will be one on here soon saying contact support we want to help, this is a lie. I am surprised that trustpilot have not delt with this as fraudulent..

Do not use Punkybobs. I ordered my item before Christmas and haven't received it. I have emailed numerous times and I've received a reply saying it would be 5 days for picking and up to 14 days for delivery, but it's been well over this time scale. I then received an email saying thank you for my order again 4 weeks after I made my order!?! So I requested my money back only to be told about how many days I should wait, I've waited over that time. I requested a refund for the 2nd time only to be asked to wait longer. I went to PayPal, and they've paid me back already.

I would never order from this website again , it’s clear they send out items which are not as described the pictures and product description do not match what is sent, they offer you 70% refund if you pay for the shipping return. Or 50% refund for a price of acrylic… In my book this is a way of scamming people. I will be raising a trading standards complaint but suspect nothing will happen so have requested full refund through PayPal. The fact trusted pilot have a warning saying they have removed suspected fake reviews leads me to think the good reviews on here may be suspect…

Item was faulty after my son opened it for a birthday present very disappointing then I was offered choice to either pay myself to send it back and recieve a % off or keep it and recieve 20% off so I asked my child they said yes to the 20% only for days later for them to tell me sorry I purchased item past their rules for a refund so a very unhappy boy indeed no toy no refund even after being offered one!! Avoid

Just received my order from Punkybobs which was as described and delivered in the time frame they gave me.

I ordered a item few weeks ago and I have emailed company asking where it is, they are now saying its not ready and should be delivered in 15 days, that means over a month since I have paid for it, I have asked for a full refund, but they wouldn't I have osteoarthritis in both hips and it was a hip support I ordered, I am extremely disappointed with the situation and feel the company have not been understanding instead ignore my emails. I won't rest until I get my money back asap. I still haven't received my order 6th September 2022. I want a full refund asap, I am struggling with Osteoarthritis and need my money back so I can buy the support braces I didn't receive from this company, and buy it from somewhere else.

I ordered a pink Floyd round disc in their description it said it was stained glass but in fact it was plastic. Not happy
Update I've so far been offered between 20% to 70% of my money back taking it further

purchase a dog ball launcher and was not as described nor what the website reviews said. The ball barely moved a foot. When trying to contact the seller regarding item not at described / "faulty" and requesting a refund. All they could offer was 50% and for me to return the item at my cost! When responding that the item was not as described/ or advertised it now seems i have either been blocked as none of my emails can deliver, even when using a different email address. I get to the same point requesting a refund and then my emails don't deliver. your better paying the extra and purchasing from a reputable company.
