CORRECTION ! They reached out and offered a refund for wrong items ( wrong size; the colour and design turned out to be correct! ) . Still think they should not just substitute items without asking or informing the customer !
I ordered something that was out of stock on another website, I was worried due to the reviews of this website! But the items arrived on time, and in perfect condition.
Was skeptical after reading some of the reviews however i cannot fault the service at all. Ordered a cuddle cloth on Saturday and my item came the following Wednesday. The cuddle cloth is perfect exactly as described and super cute. Would deffo buy from here again. Thank you!
Late deliveries, and not existent customer service. None respond to emails, I paid 1st class for an order never received. Shocking.
I’m giving 2 stars as the ordering and delivering was great including the little thank you note. However, it was a gift and I have been trying to return the item and have filled out the form twice, I’m yet to get a reply and now we’re over the 30 days return. Annoying as I don’t have money to waste.
