I recieved my shirts on time when promised! I love the sayings. I get a lot of compliments! One shirt was the wrong size and they immediately sent the right size out. Customer service was great!

I purchased a t shirt over a year ago and never received it. This company is a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The actual date was June of 2024 but this review won't let me go back that far.

The shirts printing is put in such a spot where you have to turn for anyone can read it. I wore it once and not again. Also most women that are heavy prefer a shirt that covers our bellies! This is so short rolls hang out! Very poor planning.

Bought 1st shirt xl wouldn't even fit my small friend..ordered my 2nd shirt bigger never did receive got message it couldn't be delivered due to wrong address from post office.called post office said they never even had the order..scam

Ordered two t-shirts, paid by credit card, never received acknowledgement of order (usually by e-mail). Buyer beware of this cite for sure.

I purchased five T-shirts from this company. I ordered an extra large and when the shirts came they were more like a small. Cheaply made, thin cheap material, and very poor customer service. According to what they advertised they are willing to exchange or make your order right. They offered me a discount code for $15 just to not ship the shirts back to them. I asked if I could use the code by three get one free and was told that that could not be used with my order. So basically now I will only have one shirt in the place of the five that I ordered. To me that is not making my order right. I will not buy from them again, and you will be wise to save your money and buy from another source.

I really wish I had read the reviews on this company before I bought anything. Ordered four(4) T-shirts in XL and all were too small. Have been emailing back and forth with these people for over a week only to get a BS runaround. Then an offer of a measly $10 credit on a order of over $50 to rectify the problem. I am not spending another dime on this company. Everyone please pay attention to these reviews, save your money and shop elsewhere. This company sucks!!!

I realized the sizes ran small right after I ordered. I contacted them to cancel the order and refund my money. No response. I contacted PayPal about the issue they contacted these people to about a cancellation and refund

Received the shirt today and it's to small just like I thought. So now I have a shirt I can't wear and out 20 dollars for the shirt

So, I got my t-shirts. Yep, I got them. The XL is really small. It should be a XS. I can lose weight, or maybe a gift for a friends daughter.

Ordered some tops for granddaughter. Received duplicates...$40+ worth. Tried to return duplicates and getting run around...offered $15 credit instead of return and refund. Should have read reviews BEFORE ordering. My fault. Pay attention people!!!

DO NOT buy from this company. Repeat. DO NOT buy from this company. Got charged for 3 tee shirts and no response to my email when they did not turn up. Not Happy Jan.

Awful company. Tracking says delivered to some where in the US, no wonder I've not recieved anything. They can't even get country right. No response to messages I've sent. If I could give no stars I would. Buyer beware.

i bought 5 shirts and gave as gifts. They are ALL too small! the XL wont fit a child! not worth the hassle to return to CHINA! dont buy from puma pat! its junk! cheap quality!

This company is a scam don't send them any money still waiting on shirts since October

This company takes your $$$$ and doesn’t deliver merchandise. They tried to blame it on “address issues” but the two packages I ordered from them had the correct address. Every time I try to get them to rectify the situation and resend the merchandise, they keep sending me the same information over again about how they think they are address issues. I know where I live. I gave them the correct information. They took roughly $70 of my money and I have no merchandise. They said they will resend the material that I have to pay for shipping. I’m willing to do that against my better judgment, but when I ask them, what the process is, they need me to do it, if they’ll just charge my card which I use to purchase the merchandise, they send me the same idiot email that says I need to pay for shipping. I’ve already given them permission and they won’t tell me if there’s anything else I need to give them. They are incompetent, and I’m wondering if they’re a scam.

I would recommend that you never buy anything from this company. Stick to tea public.

Ordered 3 t shirts .
Size x large wouldn't fit a 10 year old. I contacted and returned items as per return address label in Australia.
Was informed that this is incorrect and all must be returned to China. My items are with Pumapat in Australia and can not be refunded , returned or exchanged. This company sends out a generic reply offering $10 off next purchase. It has cost me 3 shirts plus $20 postage.
Never use them again and the shirts were rubbish,scratchy material.
