Really impressed - Pulsio Compression Boots easy to set up from first use and handy bag to store them in. A bit of a weird sensation on first try but soon got used to it and now find it super relaxing and I’m using them most days! Different levels of pressure are great, I’ve only had to use the medium setting so far as that feels enough! Super quick shipping and a free Pulsio Air Massage Gun was a treat too!

I feel compelled to share just how disappointing my experience has been with Pulsio.

I purchased one of their sauna pods as a gift for my sister in Portugal and personally transported it there, only to discover that the unit was already damaged. After raising a complaint, the company did send a replacement relatively quickly, which initially seemed promising.

However, this is where the situation became extremely frustrating. I then needed to ship the replacement to Portugal, but despite multiple emails, the company refused to assist, stating they do not deliver internationally—even though they had already supplied a faulty product in the first place.

I arranged and paid for shipping myself, but the parcel was held at customs due to incorrect or missing paperwork. The issue could not be resolved because the company would not provide the correct item value for the replacement unit. This turned into a prolonged and stressful process lasting several weeks, with very little support or cooperation from Pulsio.

Eventually, after considerable effort and additional expense, we managed to receive the replacement in Portugal—only to find that this unit was also faulty.

In total, this ordeal has cost us over £500, and we are left with nothing usable to show for it. Throughout this entire process, the company was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility or provide meaningful support.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

I’ve used them a number of times now. They appears to be made of robust quality materials.

Easy to use website to buy an excellent product. I’ve previously had a massage gun that was twice the size but half as powerful. For a little one it packs quite a punch and the battery lasts way longer than my old one too.

I purchased the Pulsio Tens Pod as I'd been attending a physio for treatment on tendinitis to my achillies.
The treatment involved physical massage and electrotherapy treatment and so I thought I'd try Pulsio.
I have to say that, besides the savings, the convenience and results have impressed me.
I have of course found other areas of my aging body on which to use the Pulsio.

They could improve by selling an extra pair of boots in a different size. They sell everything else as an accessory so why not the boots. When I need a smaller size than I have purchased then the unit would be of no use to me and it cost me £400. Have returned for a refund.

Product arrived quickly.
The various attachments are well- explained and their purposes and applications well thought through.
I've owned a couple of massage guns before. This one is lighter, and it seems easier to target the areas of need (ie probably because of the different attachments). Battery life seems excellent.

Helps with fast recovery after my long runs. I'm 55 no interest in running a marathon, but will run max 8.5 - 8.7 mile run. Had issues with first unit, customer services where excellent. 5 stars all the way

I bought the cryosleeve for the heat treatment. I use stick on heat packs normally every night which is expensive. I hoped this would save me money.The small fits my knee well. The big problem is that the heat only lasts 20 minutes ish, whereas my stick on heat packs last 8 hours about. So, sorry but not great. If you’re happy with it lasting a short time then I would recommend it, but if you’re need pain relief for longer than 20 minutes it’s no good.

the Air Pro is mostly an expensive massage gun. Also bought the tens pod. Was a bit disappointed how there is only 1 pair of pads on it where you can only use a few times before you have to buy another pair again because of its pads loaing its stickiness overtime. Given the price, I would have expected to be able to use the product fully without having to shed out money again just to enjoy it, or limit myself from using it frequently. The Air Pro is okay, the only downside is when paying hundreds of pounds, it would have been ddcent enough to atleast include the case. I bought 2 products, and so far, it feels average for the price I've paid.. I rarely used the tens pods rather than risking losing its stickiness, and for the pro, i have to go around and bring the entire box with me just so i dont misplace any parts everytime I use it, its frustrating.
