Pulserig GMC Compliance & Ads Rescue is a UK-based specialist service that helps e-commerce store owners get their Google Merchant Center accounts reinstated after suspension. We focus exclusively on misrepresentation suspensions, policy violations, and Google Ads account recoveries — the complex cases that generic agencies and automated tools can't solve. Every case starts with a free compliance audit. We crawl your live site, inspect your theme code, analyse your Google product feed, and cross-reference everything against Google's current enforcement policies. You receive a detailed report covering exactly what triggered the suspension, what needs to change, and in what order whether you choose to work with us or fix it yourself. For store owners who want hands-on help, we offer two service tiers. Our Essential Fix covers the core compliance work: theme-level code changes, feed corrections, policy alignment, and appeal done for you. Our Full Rescue tier adds direct Google liaison, appeal submission on your behalf, and 30-day post-reinstatement monitoring. We work across Shopify, WooCommerce, ShopWired, PrestaShop, and custom platforms. Our clients range from solo founders launching their first store to established brands with thousands of products. Common suspension triggers we deal with include misrepresentation, counterfeit goods flags, health claims violations, entity mismatches, crawler blocking, and zero-indexation issues. We also operate Lissa, a proprietary compliance monitoring tool that continuously scans your store for policy risks before Google flags them — catching problems early so you don't end up suspended again. Based in the UK, serving store owners worldwide

We came to Matt in a proper pickle

We came to Matt in a genuinely desperate situation. Our Google Merchant Center account had been suspended for misrepresentation following a rebrand, with three failed appeals already on record and our Google Ads account suspended on top of that. It felt pretty hopeless.

Matt conducted a thorough audit that clearly identified the root causes — something three previous appeal attempts had failed to do — and then methodically worked through the fixes. The site branding cleanup, the account consolidation, identifying the Etsy review blocks as a policy trigger, and navigating Google's support channels directly all made a tangible difference.

Within a matter of weeks he turned around a situation that had felt permanent, getting both the GMC and Google Ads accounts reinstated.

If your GMC has been suspended — particularly for misrepresentation — and you've already burned through appeals yourself, Matt understands the nuances of how Google's systems work and knows how to approach reinstatement properly.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pulserig to any small business facing the same nightmare we went through.
