Exemplary customer service and great product! I initially had an issue getting the product, which was no fault of Pulse of Potential - it was lost in transit. They were very communicative and quick to work with me to resolve and send another shipment. I got the highlander cow for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! 11/10

Very dissatisfied, poor customer service.
I have been waiting over three weeks now, even paid extra to have the delivery expedited. Sending numerous emails to customer service, first few they responded stringing me along, now I get no response. Good luck with getting your package.

Wonderful products, wonderful company
I ordered the panda and red panda and instantly fell in love with the products. I had a small issue with my order and contacted customer service. They answered so quickly, and were so wonderful. I had no issues with resolving my small issue, and the company went above and beyond to make things right. I love the products and have already recommended to several people. I plan on gifting these in the future.

I gifted the red panda to a friends…
I gifted the red panda to a friends young daughter who has severe learning abilities, she immediately put the panda around her neck and did not take it off falling asleep early waking only to talk to her new panda friend at midnight for a short time and slept thru until 6.30am. Day one was a huge success she loves it! And mum was able to finally get a bit more sleep too.
