I have only tried the Venus charger at home and the main test will be in the future when travelling. However, so far I appreciate the compact size and light weight. I have not encountered any connection issues on my first use. Delivery was prompt

I had some problems with a couple of infinity units. (See previous review). I can only praise the company for their follow up and resolution. Within 3 days they have fixed the problem and dispatched 2 new units.
If only all companies were as understanding and efficient.

Great product, easy to use, easy ordering process

all equipment arrived as ordered, they are slick, easy to use for full charge or quick top up. The stand works great for emails or movies and nice range of colours.
also its small and light to carry in your bag.

The product I purchased from Pulse Charge a year or so ago was faulty. I advised them of my problem and they were happy to replace it with no issue. I've now received a new and am very happy with it. Thank you.

Sturdy cable and secure connections, does what it’s designed to do. Wish it was a 2m cable, though.

I purchased the Venus portable charger for Android and Apple. The first couple of times l used the charger it worked well. But after that l can only get a 60% charge out of it .lm very disappointed. It's out of warranty now so l can't return. You only get 30 days to return it. It has ended up a waste of money l didn't have .The company asked me to contact them.,which l did .They fobed me off said it was the phones fault.l explained to them that it worked fine on the phone the first couple of times. They still said it was the phones fault.No apologies..Nothing..The charger was a complete waste of money and time.Be weary of this company. There dodgie. Read there replies please Public.Can you see what I mean 🤥😵‍💫

Good product and service

This is now the sixth product that I have purchased, and to date, I am very pleased with the service that I have received, and the Pulse Charge is great. Other companies could learn from PULSE as it is about great service, quick response to any question, and caring and appreciating that we are all customers. Even last week, I gave my PULSE Venus (at my cost) to one of our overseas guests from the Island of Man, who was very impressed with the produce. Thank you PULSE

Pulse Charge delivery was quick when I purchased a Pulse Jump and communications between me and them via website and also emails were always helpful.
I absolutely love the Pulse Jump, I gave it a test run the same day that it arrived. I used it to start a V8 Land Cruiser which had sat in a shed for a year or so and then used the compressor to inflate all four tyres to 36psi ( they had on average 12psi b4 re inflating) I highly recommend this product

Have charded devices but not used yet. We have covers on our phones but easy enough to remove when needed. My only concern is the weight as it slips off phone🤔 Cheers.

I bought 2 pack just before going overseas last October, my c charge point snapped off within a couple of weeks. While speaking to my husband back in Australia his had done the exact same thing. On returning home I contacted them and was sent new ones although I paid the postage. I think they should look at getting a different manufacturer as looking at the reviews it seems to be a fault in the product.

Great product and service. There was an issue with one of the products I purchased but Pulse quickly and professionally dealt with the problem. Well done all! Yes, I highly recommend this product and company.

WARNING Shitty Device - I have had my phone untouched and charging for the last couple of hours and it has charged 2% and now dropped 5% in the time of writing this. DO NOT BUY!!!! The TV ad on the Today Show (I think) should do their homework before advertising this, as I fully trusted them.

This is a great product. Compact and very handy for travelling and use at home with little in convenience
Have tried this product out and very very happy with it.
