Nice but lacks experience for advanced products
This firm does know how to create products but their knowledge on advanced manufacturing is limited. Great firm for very simple products but not for anything advanced.
While the team was friendly and tried to be helpful, the overall experience was mixed. Communication wasn’t always clear or proactive, and I often found myself following up to get updates or clarify direction. One of the bigger frustrations was how costs started to add up for things that felt like they should’ve been part of the original scope—like researching basic materials or making a single revision to a design. The final CAD we landed on was much larger than it needed to be, and they didn’t seem to have a good solution for how to scale it down. After talking to other firms, it became clear there were very simpler ways to get there. I think Pulse has value for more straightforward commercial projects, but for anything that needs more technical depth or design thinking, they may not be the right fit.
