Unfortunately no longer the company they once were. We have had multiple lines with them for over a decade. We have attempted to cancel a couple of services and they are claiming that 6 yr old contracts autorenew for 12 months and a standard non contract cancellation of a minimum of 3 months.

I'm not sure what has changed with Pulsant but they were once a very reliable and customer focused organisation that we would happily recommend. For the last 2 years they have been impossible to contact and taken no interest in customers except to send out bills.

I would have great reservations in using them now.

The most shocking and inflexible company to work with, that are just after your money. I am paying for a service that I am no longer using and as a result they are financially crippling a small MSP as they will not cancel the service.

I should have checked here earlier. Very poor company, only after your money - not interested in offering good customer service or services appropriate for the business needs.

Contracts that state you have already signed up for another year. Incapable staff. Sloppy networking. Abrasive emails. Overpriced power. Dangerous contracts. Steer clear.
