I attended Awakening programme by Puja! And i have to say it totally transformed my perspective about managing my energy, emotions and life all together. I especially like that we were kept accountable throughout the course and were hand holded by big sisters to apply the things in real life. I loved the feminine and masculine balancing routines and rituals. I realised new ways to manage my emotions and difficult situations in life and i am a better person now. Puja is has superb high energy and just by being in her energy you will feel so uplifted and positive!
