My item got stuck in customs. It took a couple weeks longer than expected and was going to miss Christmas. Puffingmaster reached out and sent me extra items to make up for the wait even though it wasn't even their fault. They went above and beyond that day, and got a customer for life.

So I ordered a piece on Dec 7th not even thinking about holiday mail backing up. These guys kept me informed where my package was and why it was taking some extra time. The customer service was excellent. The piece I ordered was so cool, works very well and I am completely satisfied with my puffingmaster experience.

Absolutely amazing, the shipping took a while, but it was coming from a different country than the one I live in. Costumer service was helpful, kept updating me, and was extremely kind and helpful! I highly recommend Puffing master, the product I received was exactly what I ordered and had all the parts. 10/10,100% recommend!!! Thank you!!

The glass makes it burn too quickly and creates residue- improvement would be ceramic piece. And no other pieces will fit this specific rig

I haven’t got the product and it’s been almost a month so….i was in contact with the puffingmaster ppl the entire time some things got messed up and the package was delivered to the wrong place…puffingmaster completely made it right full refund and they kept in contact the entire time to make sure i was satisfied with how everything went…it sucks I didn’t get the product but puffingmaster gave me a full refund!!!
