Everything I’ve tried to purchase has been out of stock and have not been told it was out of stock while waiting to receive
I’ve tried to buy two bongs, and they have been out of stock was sent a substitution and it was broken. I did get refunded, but very difficult to speak to customer service. Don’t have things on your website if they’re not in stock and I get a confirmation that I purchased it and then it says not in stock and I have to reach out to you and you guys don’t even let me know that it’s out of stock. big waste of time.

Tried to order a replacement banger for my enail. Site showed as being in stock. Ordered with free shipping. 12 days later inquire as to a tracking number and they said the item was out of stock and cancelled the order.
Tried to reorder it again. Site shows as in stock. Received a tracking number 5 days. Showing as not a valid number...
Need to try and get another refund.

Great meets Needs improvement
Well I love the product and the first time was great. This experience not so much. I ordered a rig, and waited and it was out of stock without them letting me know until I reached out to customer service and they got back to me at 2 am EST and told me they can replace with another color. I was fine with that.. but still waiting. Not sure if it comes from China or USA.
