Fantastic teachers with warm and friendly dispositions with my baby and me! Lessons develop all skills and my infant has progressed so much. He is so confident in the water and I love seeing him reach a new milestone. Puddleducks is our favourite time of the week!

Friendly and professional. Really good at building confidence in the water with our 2 year old grandson. He is developing water safety skills and the basics of swimming. Not too busy class size and an amazing teacher Rachel. We both look forward to going.

Puddle ducks have been amazing for our daughter. All the teachers we have had have been fantastic and we can really see our daughter progressing in her lessons. Customer service has also been super helpful if we have had any questions too. The classes are fun , interactive and great for all ages.

We absolutely love our puddleducks classes at Letts Swim, Hadleigh. Emma is an amazing teacher, we have moved up through the classes and it is the most valuable class for a baby/toddler to attend. Plus it's lots of fun! We have tried a few swim schools and puddleducks is a level up from all the others.

Received prompt, friendly, informative responses to initial queries to understand the class format, pricing and locations etc back in August 2024. Was offered a free taster session so could see what it was like before committing. Classes are run really well and the smaller groups make it feel much more supportive and inclusive. Teachers are friendly and encourage both parents and children to help progress and never force to do anything not comfortable with. Has been a great experience so far glad i travelled a little further to attend here

I have to say how absolutely lovely I find my sons lessons!
We were originally with another well known company (I shall not say who!) And unfourtnatley I left due to many factors!
I really wanted to get my baby swimming young so I was sad I had i left but so grateful I found puddle ducks 2 weeks later, I was soooo anxious going to our first lesson! However, as soon as I was greeted by Gemma I realised there was no need to be, the whole experience has been great albeit it's been 2 weeks trust me when I say its been so good! My boy loves water and is doing so well, Gemma is so kind, welcoming and great with the babies! The pool we swim at is great! Couldn't ask for a better venue. I love the experience from start to finish and that's all with the help of Gemma!
Thank you for being so professional whilst also being very caring! Us Mummys really need someone like you Gemma 😊

My daughter attends Puddleducks for a while but has recently enrolled to Swim Academy, She loves water and swimming but has Autism and is non verbal. Puddleducks supported us by allowing Dad to enter the pool.and understood her needs. I really appreciate how Puddleducks will support and give my daughter a chance to do what she loves . Thank you

We’ve been going to Puddle Ducks for the past two years and it’s been a mixed bag. The teachers were mostly good and the swimming lessons really do work. However it is really expensive (£70+ for four half hour classes a month) and the pool is very inconsistent in terms of opening. Since Christmas this year we’ve not had a full month of lessons at Springwood. It’s been one thing or another with pool problems and staffing issues. Really hard to keep the momentum going with a three year old after all the disruption, which is ultimately why we’ve left. I’d also question the number of kids in each class as the pool at Springwood is absolutely tiny and we’ve had 8 toddlers in our class before, with parents all fighting for space in small changing rooms designed for little school kids. Just a note as well, they are mixed gender changing rooms (or at least they are not sign posted correctly) which means men wander in when women are getting changed after lessons - not ideal. All in all it has been better for us to move to David Lloyd than put both our kids in Puddle Ducks and all the issues we’ve experienced.
Puddle ducks is a great company especially Michelle and Lorriane! My kids love the classes but sometimes are just kids and don’t want to do what they our told and Michelle is so great with trying to win them round. There’s no pressure if they don’t want to do something.

The swimming teachers are lovely and you can see the children feel at ease however the class is too full. 7/8 children in a class.
Which results in children standing in the pool waiting for their turn to do something whilst the teacher is helping one child at a time. Progress is therefore very slow and holds them back.
Fabulous and very attentive teachers. Good structure to classes. Warm pool (Stratton). The downside is that the classes can often be very full meaning that each child has to wait a while for their turn. Which isn’t great when paying quite a bit of money for only a few one-to-ones. It also delays their progress.
I’m sure if the amazing teachers had less kids to worry about (aged 4-5) then the progress would be incredible and teachers would get more work satisfaction
My kids love it. Their confidence in water is amazing now.
Very nice patient teachers.

My eldest is 3 and has just completed her 5 meters! She's really confident in the water, jumping in, diving under etc. I credit this to puddleducks (in particular Charlotte at Seashell Trust) for making it such a fun environment. She always looks forward to the classes.
I also started taking my youngest at 8 weeks and those early classes were a really nice time for sensory and bonding. All levels seem to be well thought through and age appropriate

Great swimming teachers in lovely pools. My son has come on in leaps and bounds since starting with Puddle Ducks early last year. Can't recommend them enough.

We’ve been coming to classes at Ilford Caterham since our daughter Elaana was 4. Maria was our teacher to start with who is the absolute best. Our daughter loves water but she has come so far with her swimming since joining. We now have Carly who is great too. There is great balance of fun and being firm with excited 5 year olds!

My girls are loving the Puddle Ducks and if they are happy, I am happy too! Moreover, the customer service are wonderful and always supporting me! I am grateful for my girls being at Puddle Ducks and I totally recommend, 100%!
Thank you!
Inconsistent at different locations in terms of quality of facilities and instructors. The make up sessions are useless because you lose them when you end membership.
Nicki our swimming teacher is simply brilliant. Highly engaging with the children, helpful & supportive with the adults. My daughter’s swimming lesson is her favorite weekly activity by far and we both really love the experience. Thanks Nicki and the Puddle Duck Team.

Puddle ducks has been great for my son’s confidence. He hated his face in the water, jumping in and he thought he would struggle keeping up. Now there is no stopping him. Classes are 30 mins which I think is perfect amount of time, the swimming groups are kept small so each child gets the same amount of 1to1 time. My son absolutely loves the water now and is making his way through the levels quite quickly.
