It's sturdy, but I wish the outside was harder

This backpack is amazing! I've been using it for more than a week now (11 days, to be precise), and despite its weight, it feels super light on my shoulders and back, even while being full. It feel safe, I like how many pockets are there and that I can actually ORGANIZE my day to day stuff. I purchased this backpack to use as an office backpack, carrying laptop and everything else to my job and back home. I am certain that it will be just as nice for trips! Don't be afraid that it will look too bulky or weird - those straps on all sides, if regulated, give this backpack a bit of dimension, while keeping it nice, cute, and defined in terms of form. The only thing I was afraid of making this purchase is how it's going to look during use and as a... separate entity, let's say. I was afraid I will look like a 12 year old going back to school, you know? But it didn't happen! Actually, despite me choosing a lavender-pinkish color I don't feel like this backpack is childish at all. It's stylish, light, comfortable for longer periods of use (around... 5kg of weight for 2-3 hours straight is the maximum amount of time I spent with it, and just because I didn't actually try to check how long I can carry it around - just as I said, ordinary daily use). My back doesn't hurt, my shoulders don't hurt, I don't feel overwhelmed with all the straps, the material is not too much, it's sturdy and thick, while maintains a stylish look. It's not a sensory nightmare, it's probably the best backpack you can buy to feel this great about a purchase.

They refused to repair the damaged combination lock on a brand new suitcase and also refused to deliver a replacement part, saying they couldn't ship to another country. I didn't want it for free, I wanted to pay for the repair.

I ordered big and medium suitcase but I received medium and cabin suitcase and even what is worse they labelled medium suitcase as big suitcase and kabin as a medium suitcase as well charge me that. I wrote email same day even call but no answer from there side.

Exceptional quality and beautiful design for a very fair price. I’ve discovered Puccini 11 years ago, after one airline who destroyed my suitcase gave me theirs as a replacement - that suitcase flew around 30+ countries and multiple continents with me (and mind you my luggage always has the heavy sticker). Exchanged it just this year to get two matching pieces, also from Puccini. Keep doing the great job :)

On October 14, I purchased a suitcase under order number 2000033850.
The parcel was delivered by courier on October 20 in the afternoon.

On 4th of November, as I took the suitcase out of the box to start packing for my upcoming trip on Saturday, I discovered a defect in the handle. I have attached a video for reference.

The issue is that, in addition to the handle sections not extending evenly (which is a minor concern), I am unable to fold the handle back down without applying excessive physical force.
In the video that I've sent to the customer service email, I demonstrate several attempts — the handle simply does not retract smoothly or properly. No one has contacted me since that.

The worst experience ever. The Osaka suitcase didn’t survive 3 trips. The wheel broke off and the bag is totally unusable. No refund or repairment service, no warranty. Don’t invest in those suitcases - do not worth your money.
