My experience with this ad network has been very bad. None of their ad formats work. I used to work with their In-Page Ads format, and it was working fine before, but now their ads don’t appear on my site. My site is approved, and the ad code is placed correctly, but still, no ads are showing.

I even tried to contact Publisher Manager Linda, but they don’t solve my issue. The same problem exists with the direct link—ads don’t appear. However, if you check their insights, they show a lot of ads and claim that there are daily clicks, but in reality, they are not providing any ads. Publishers are very frustrated.

To check, I even created another account and got another site approved, but I faced the same issue—no ads. And when I ask them about this problem, they don’t reply at all. Ma'am Linda doesn’t help at all.

I have screenshots of the chats. I will request Trustpilot not to delete my review so that people can know the reality. If they solve my issue, I will edit my review and give them 5 stars; otherwise, it will stay as it is.

I have been working with Richads as a publisher for 3 months. However, I am having difficulty receiving my payment. When I asked the manager, she instructed me to sign a contract and then wait for 10 days. After signing the contract and requesting my payout, I found that my earnings, which were 3 months old, were reduced by 33.8 USD due to a so-called "fraud penalty". The Richads team claimed that this deduction was due to an advertiser's claim, but my earnings had not been affected for the past 3 months. But why when i request payment

It might still be too soon for me to write a review, but I'm really impressed by managers of Richads and the support they provide!
The support is really good and wants to help you make a profit. My manager is great and provides me with creatives in 10 different languages when I need it. He also checks my ad campaigns to optimize them properly. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how things are going after just three months of working with this program

Bad ad network for publishers they have CPM direct link with no ads not a single server have ads when i text to manger Linda Linda always say that BGD USA BR ETC have ads but these server have no ads and their direct link not even load i advise to richads team to help the publishers and provide ads and in russia they have a casino ads 1 xlattor but after a few clicks the direct link stop showing ads so plz provide ads to publisher and also make new advertiser and also i lost 450.67 USD from my account and Linda says that frued Penalty

Hello my name is Abhinav and I had signed the payment contract on 8th November to get my payment and today is 14th December, 36 days have passed and till now I have not received my payment. And whenever I talk to Mrs. Linds of customer support she says that your contract will be signed in 5-10 days. And today it has been 36 days. I don't know when they will give me my payment.

Paid $500 and only a week after I was able to start a campaign. Followed their guidelines and lost $100 in about two hours. NO NEW VISITORS on my website and I sent proof from Google Analytics and they blame Google for not tracking properly my visitors! 🤣 Hilarious, but seriously tricky. I requested a refund and they won’t provide me ANY. Not even the remaining balance in the account. Thieves.

All they want is to keep a good public reputation so they can scam more people freely.

Now they’re requesting me proof of my experience through trustpilot.com (OR ELSE MY REVIEW WILL BE REMOVED) and blocked me from logging into their platform. They say I’ll get a refund, but I just feel they’re trying to earn some time to take more advantage on me and finally keep my money to themselves.

I just wanted to say that richads tops my list of all ad networks that are currently on the market. I love watching their YouTube webinars, constantly learning new things about GEOs, settings, ad formats and the sort. And naturally I also monetize my websites through them.
