ADVERTISE AS FREE, BUT THEY OFFER NOTHING FOR FREE

This is the headline for publicrecordscenter.org that they have on Google (Google only takes headlines from the website; it doesn't make them up):
"Free Felony Records Search - Don't Waste Your Money"

It makes you jump through endless hoops in your search and you have to give them your private information, but only after many long minutes, guess what? You have to pay them money to receive any kind of answer. Where are the internet police to stop such liars?
