Not happy with the reoccuring charges on the public records site for charlotte county, I asked for one document one time and was being charged every two weeks. Contacted support chat with David and he credited me back one charge and closed my account that I never authorized.

Kimberly helped me so much!
Kimberly helped me when I realized my account had been charging me each month for a while. I wasn't aware of this until just looking at my credit card, so I asked for a refund and to stop my account and she was able to do this easily. I really appreciate how simple it was.
