Absolutely HORRENDOUS "customer service". They are horrific. Please do not purchase anything from here. If you do not receive your order they will gaslight you and refuse to help you. This is one of the worst companies. I believe the 5 star reviews are not real.

I bought the 3pack of cleaners. Surface, bathroom, and glass. I used them same day they arrived. Absolutely love them! They clean so well, non toxic, and I am obsessed!! I hate using cleaners you buy from the stores with all the toxins in them. I am so blessed to have found public goods.

Fraudulent Cancellation Process
I canceled my membership in January and even emailed them to confirm it was canceled. I received an email back saying that yes, it was canceled. On March 18th I received an email and credit card charge renewing my membership. This company has no way to call them and you're forced to send an email or text and then wait "1-2 days for a response because they're so busy". I would never do business with them again!
Problem with a product purchased a few months ago
I had a problem with a product I ordered less than 6 months ago. It was resolved in a very timely and professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. I try to be pretty selective with my purchases, but sometimes things happen. And that is why customer service is very important! I recommend Public Goods 100%! 😊
