Having sufficient funds in my PTSB…
Having sufficient funds in my PTSB account, I attempted to tax my car online on six different occasions in the past ten days. Failed on "PTSB authentication" each time. Spoke with PTSB helpline on three occasions to no avail. Tonight, I tried to transfer funds to a more reliable service and again, failed on authentication. Those responsible
for providing such a pathetic service were they to be operating in the real world would be sacked having presided over a decade of such abysmal failures.

Ptsb, O'Connell Street, Limerick is extremely fortunate to enjoy the employ of two wonderful ladies. Caoilainn helped me greatly on Monday of this week, followed by Claire today. Clear, concise information delivered in a pleasant manner showing patience and kindness which is greatly appreciated by this long time customer.
