I have been going through what has been the most confusing, challenging, complicated, and downright painful period of my life. Samira has helped confirm things that my intuition has felt all along... The thing that I am most confused and hurt by is NOT as over as I may think and I have taken comfort in her guidance. She was spot on and to the point. Very accurate and always answered me when i needed more clairfication.

I used these services and found them very repetitive, no matter what question I asked pretty much the same response was given. Felt very AI generated.

My trail period was up and I was then offered a month free, I found this very misleading as it gave two options, continue with one month free or lose out on offer, I clicked on one month free to see what the options were and to see how much much it was and it automatically charged me £96, without breaking down what was free until after the purchase. At no point did it say you will be charged upon clicking this etc. very misleading and I am more than happy to take this as far as I can.

I contacted her for a refund as this was a genuine error and I did not mean to purchase this, and only did due to misleading information, I cancelled this within 5 minutes of purchase and did not use this for any readings, however I have now emailed 3 times and messaged through the website and she has ignored every one however I am still getting emails asking me to come back and offering discounts etc.

I am starting to feel like this whole website is a massive scam, however I will be raising a payment dispute with my bank if this refunded is not given and I will take it as far as I can even trading standards if I need to. Very unhappy.
