Flexible, reliable and Brilliant trainers
Always willing to adjust training to include company policy, they bespoke the training to include our company vision and values, systems and take the time to understand our organisation so that when they deliver training to our staff, it is always aligned. They are the only training company I know that does this.
They are flexible and when things go wrong (I.e not enough attendees for the training or attendees running late) they would rather spend time with the late runners to catch them up than exclude people from the class and the trainers NEVER have an attitude or ego about anything but rather choose to understand things from our perspective.
We use them for classes like Fist Aid, Fire Warden, Health and Safety to name a few.
