I am a disabled veteran. Just like armed forces are not for everyone neither is driving a bus for some PSTA employees. Some are rude, and if you to need assistance on routes it's as if you are a bother. I know it's hard work but please hire those who know how to interact with people.

No wifi on psta anymore…

I rode 8 busses yesterday going to interviews. 1 had wifi! Absolutely pathetic! All have signs saying free wifi. Used to be false advertisement. Now corporate and government do it everyday with no punishment! Hurry up ELON

Psta has always been a awsome company

Psta has always been a awsome company! But something has happened recently, (last couple of years), in the company!!! Really bad drivers with attitude problems, not really experienced in driving large vehicles, or dealing with the public is really noticeable! Wifi issues, which I think is drivers? Whoever is doing the new hiring should really be looked into!!!

The service with PSTA is wildly uneven

The service with PSTA is wildly uneven. Just got left along with several others at Park St Terminal because the driver of the 7:15pm #60 never changed his sign to the correct route. 15 minutes after it left we were told we missed it even though all of us waiting insisted the #60 was never there. Lo and behold the bus that was at the pickup had #52X not the #60 on it. This is not the first time I've dealt with this issue or buses just not stopping at the pickup. Very frustrating.

Rude bus driver

I was riding on the bus. I had my music on but not very loud. I was on the 18 going towards Grand Central to connect with the #9.The female Caucasian bus driver screamed at me to cut the music down. The behavior was very aggressive.Horrible customer service

I always have a great experience

I always have a great experience. My bus ALWAYS BE CLEAN! I wanna say that bus#79 and Mrs. Danielle are ALWAYS ON POINT!! It's not the lines that makes you late, it's the OTHER drivers and people simply do not care! Thank You Mrs. Danielle for keeping us SAFE. ALWAYS having a clean environment, and putting smiles on others' faces. Thank You Psta for hiring an excellent and wonderful driver!! 💯💯💯

Jacqueline on bus 34 in St Petersburg to largo is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and truly cares about not only her career but her riders as well. I ride every weekend to see my son and I look forward to my Saturdays. I wish there were more drivers matter of fact people in this world like her. Thank you for your service Jacqueline and your kindness.

Service without a smile.

Some drivers put personal priorities and convenience ahead of keeping to route schedules. As a consequence passengers are likely to miss transferring to connecting routes and often end up waiting out a half hour to an hour in 90-degree heat or rain. Complaints lodged with PSTA elicit no responses. Driver attitudes, from surly indifference to vocal belligerence, are not uncommon.

Rude bus drivers of 1980's are back

Bus driver skipped a bus stop, where I was forced to use Uber connect for $22. The return bus driver on the 300 on August 1st at 1 PM was incredibly rude. If she behaved like she did in the private sector she would have been fired. Then the driver on the 812 decided it was Ok to take a half hour break and leave 15 minutes later. When I called to complain about this the lack of customer care department lady said it was only 15 minutes, not understanding that now we have to wait another hour for our connection. The days of the 1980's bus driver s are back, where the drivers would literally take busses off route to run personal errands.

A real shame on this bus company

A real shame on this bus company, very shameful your company should be keeping such dirty buses to the point were customers can see roaches pouring out of walls and seats, lazy and unfit company, lived in newyork in the passed were their are millions of people taking buses and at least they have the courtesy to clean their buses twice a month, your 52xl & 18 bus route should stop running until you clean those buses immediately, shame on your company, shame, disgusting its always been this way so don't blame covid, clean those buses and stop allowing people with over limit poor hygiene ride on these buses, they should have no right to ride a bus in such poor hygiene....This is an huge disgrace,, maybe the city should take a good look on how sad it is for those bus drivers to have to suffer like that...
