Rude Staff
Today I was driving into the industrial estate past PSL security systems, there was a black Mini Cooper parked outside the business in the staff parking bay with a lady driver inside of the vehicle.
The lady decided to pull off from the driveway outside of the business and almost crashed into the side of my car as she was incapable of looking at her surroundings before pulling off.
Thankfully I beeped my horn hysterically in time that she realised however she then went onto give me a dirty look through the window putting her hands up and sped off.
I parked up and approached what appeared to be a male manager, I asked if the lady in the mini copper was a member of staff, to which he replied yes.
I explained that the lady member of staff had nearly crashed into the side of my car where my new born baby was in the back of the car. The male manager was not interested in the slightest and basically called me a liar. I explained that my new born baby was in the back of the car and my baby could’ve seriously been hurt due to his staff paying no attention to their surroundings or having any due care or attention on the road.
I suggest that the company get yellow lines outside of their business if they do not want any vehicles stopping near the business, I respect it is a busy industrial estate however on this occasion it was not the case I was turning into the junction and I had right away.
The more laughable thing was the male manager said he had “witnessed” what had happened but he was inside of the building at the time…he certainly could not see the front of the Mini Cooper or his staff member inside of the vehicle for that matter. Clearly he was talking a load of rubbish!
Staff are rude and dismissed the fact that the lady could’ve caused a serious crash.
Dash cam footage has been taken and submitted to local authorities, absolutely appalling experience overall from the company and completely dismissed the incident.
Will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future and I suggest the staff learn some customer service skills as they appear to have zero.

This is not a platform for reporting traffic incidents, it's for leaving feedback for services and works provided, which you have not had.
Any altercation with regards to driving, in any other circumstance, would not be added to a company profile.
I think this is best left to the authorities to resolve for any traffic violation that may have occurred - but as a point to note, there is no where to speed as the business park is always full of cars, people and delivery waggons.
CCTV is installed on the premises and will also be passed to the authorities, should it be necessary to do so.
