Premier Service Installations was formed in 1996 as a Plumbing and Heating company. PSi have considerable experience in handling large Public Health and Mechanical packages for major M&E Contractors, Builders, Developers and end-user clients. PSi’s core business is Public Health, but we also carry out mechanical services installations combined as a complete package. All PSi Directors are actively involved in all projects from start to finish, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the highest quality. All this is undertaken with Health and Safety being our principal step to completion.

PSi team came to my aid, after being given their number from a friend who used their services.
I had a small leak from a rad in my living room and didn't know what to do.
Telephoned PSi office, spoke to a helpful guy who said I need to speak to their small works teams - he put me through and I spoke to a guy called Shaun and I explained my issues.
Shaun was able to pop round that afternoon to have a quick look at the issue. He made the leak temporary safe, then gave me a quote for the works needed doing and needed to come back another day, after need to get some parts.
Shaun and his colleague, came back the day after, following up on his quote and got my leaky rad issue, sorted. A few other plumbing bits needed attention too.
I was very pleased with their service and would not hesitate in requesting their services again.

Small Works Division
I contacted PSi (premier service installations), after being given their number from a friend.
I have been having issues with my Combi Boiler and heating... not what you need before winter sets in.
I telephoned their main line and spoke to a helpful guy whom said I need to speak to their small works teams. Spoke to a chap called Shaun, in small works and I explained my issues.
We made an appointment for him to come and see the boiler and chat about the issues. After his visit, he went away and put a quote together and some info about possible things I may need to consider about my current boiler set up.
I received PSi quote via email. Gave Shaun another call to explain a thing or two - I am no plumber!
Once he cleared up my concerns, I was happy to go ahead and except their quote.
Shaun and a colleague come over the day after, which the job took just under two days.
The boiler has been cleaned and serviced and heating working better, though their advice of a new boiler and to change a couple of rads, I may take them up, on, in the new year.
Shaun and his colleague, worked well and explained stuff too me and had a giggle.
I was very pleased with their service and would not hesitate in requesting their services again.
