Even though it was not a standard…

Even though it was not a standard package (suitcase not in cardboard or stretch), the company went an extra mile to deliver it promptly and at no additional cost. Nothing was missing from the suitcase - great thanks to the courier company and National Express for finding the lost suitcase.

Im not happy
I paid £50 for parcel then another £40 of boarding cost

Thank you for your opinion. According to the information in the system, one of the basic conditions for the package to be exempt from additional customs duties or VAT was not met in the order. For the shipping route you selected, the duty-free allowance is £39, while the declared customs value in your order was more than twice that amount. All this information was available on our website before the order was placed.

As for the delivery time – the first attempt was made on the 6th business day, and the second on the 7th business day; however, the courier did not find anyone at the address.
