I’ve ordered several things from this website, I paid about $250. The dresses I ordered look classy and elegant on the website. However, the style, the color, and the fabric are VERY BAD, NOT the same picture or description on the website. Moreover, one of the items is defected.

TERRIBLE customer serves!!!!!!! I initiated a return, they emailed saying that they only issue returns for defective merchandise despite the website return policy. They refused to do anything, and they didn’t refund my money even though one of the items is defected.

Also...they don’t post any submitted reviews on their site below a full four stars.

In fact, they don’t deserve any star. I would never ever purchase from them again. This is a scam website, don’t waste your money.

The dresses I ordered fit me BEAUTIFULLY. And I love the classy casual vibe of their stuff.
However, the fabric is BAD. Really bad. NOT the same fabric used on the models. I paid about $80 for two dresses and would have paid more and used this site regularly had the material been better quality. Not sure why they send junk if they want my continued business. ??? Also...they dont post any submitted reviews on their site below a full four stars. Tricksters

Ordered over a month ago from this company just arrived today and the material is horrible not to mention does not at all fit and I’m 5’8” and about 125 lbs ordered a size small, do not waste your money on this company

Clothing is made from uncomfortable fabric and poorly fitting (i.e. not good quality). They DO NOT honor their return policy as stated on their website. When I tried to initiate a return, they emailed saying that they only issue returns for defective merchandise despite the website noting they would honor returns “if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason.” I had to escalate a claim with PayPal (who found in my favor) to get my money back. I would never purchase from this company again.

Ordered a dress and earrings for a holiday party and paid for faster shipping. The shipping was almost as much as the order. Nothing ever showed up. I emailed and they responded with a one sentence email to contact the courier. Didn’t say who the courier was or provide any contact info. After several back and forth emails they said they use SF Express which is a Chinese company. After dealing with their nightmare customer service they finally concluded that they never had a package for me in their possession. So PRYTTY never even sent my order and now refuses to do anything about it. I refuted the charges through PayPal. This company is a scam.

If it was possible, I wouldn’t give this company any stars. I ordered two dresses from them and I never received anything from the company. My credit card was charged and they were certainly going to be happy to take my money! I called and stopped their payment with my credit card company. There is no professional account associated with this website and their contact email is a gmail account. Buyer be aware that this is a scam!

This dress is adorable and better quality then expected! It is a little tight on the arms, but nothing too noticeable, I did size up.

The clothing was garbage and the customer service is awful. I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife for Christmas and the shirt they sent me was the quality of a $10 halloween costume. The fabric was a very cheap polyester with snags and stitching that was falling out. The description and picture are of a sweat shirt material, the product that came was a very thin polyester with a sheen. I still put it under the tree as a joke and I at least got a little entertainment out of her reaction. Customer service refused to do anything even with the stitching falling out on the neck.

Fair Warning...Don’t order from this company. A total scam for expedited shipping, sizes are ridiculous small, and horrible customer service.

I like this dress. I am 5’9 and 150lbs and ordered a medium that fit great. I am large chested so I usually go for conservative tops on dresses for some events and this fit the bill! I got lots of compliments and enjoy the pockets. The dress was a little on the stiff side but maybe if I washed it first that would change? Not sure. I will wear this dress again.😊

I ordered a dress for a holiday event. I opted for expedited shipping (5-10 days). Not only did the item not arrive at an expedited speed....but the dress was ridiculously short. The website gave inaccurate measurements of the dress. It was definitely not in a US size....it was completely unwearable. Their return policy states that, "If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s).” I wrote the company to begin the return process and was sent a completely unprofessional email stating that they only do returns for quality issues. Sorry you are unhappy. I wrote back referencing their return policy and have yet to hear anything. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

***1/6/20 UPDATE: ***I contacted Prytty a SECOND time quoting to them their return policy and their negligence in reporting the correct measurements of the garment. They wrote back and said they would refund me $6.....uhhm no. I wrote a THIRD time reexplaining EVERYTHING AGAIN and they said they would refund me $20, if they refunded me more than that it wouldn't make sense for them because of shipping. Might I remind you PRYTTY, you made the mistake! You did not include the correct measurements and you refuse to abide by your own return policy!!!! I had to contact PayPal to resolve this issue, they had to put a hold on this company's account for a charge back. This is the only way I was able to get this company to even start the refund process for the junk garment they sent me. I am still actively waiting for my refund, but I am confident that PayPal will make this right. ***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRYTTY!!!!

Purchased dress. Ordered largest size available which is usually slightly too big and has to be taken in. The dress was too small. Their policy is NO RETURNS if it doesn’t fit. Crazy! I am stuck with a nice new dress I cannot use or wear! Terrible policy! Terrible company! This stuff is made in Hong Kong and I don’t think they know what US sizes really are. STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FRIM THIS COMPANY AND BEING STUCK IF IT DOESN’T FIT!

Absolutely love this dress. I’m 5’5” 135lbs, ordered a small and it fits perfectly. I actually ordered two more. For $30 you can’t go wrong.

Great comfortable dress—nice enough for business casual work and light enough the beach! I am 5’4” and 116 lbs with few curves. I ordered a medium. It goes to the middle of my knees even after I washed it and dried it high heat. It is not see thru. I am wearing a black thing with it and black bra and can’t see them through it. I would only wish that the neckline came up just a little at shoulders so my bra strap won’t show but that’s also makes it look kinda cute.
