Horrible people to deal with especially when I called and they hang up on me

Completely horrible company wouldn’t give me a $1500 loan with a 50 K vehicle and 500 K house down for equity because apparently it’s not enough so I went to another company and got it completely fine. These guys are scammers and goofs don’t go to them ever.

The company sent the bailif to her house last night between 930 and 10 pm with the bailif asking her to pick up her phone during his visit to her house. She did not give consent to the bailif to come over at the time of night. Prudent is unprofessional and bullying her without her consent. Warning never get a loan with prudent financial services which is a mob mentality and north gate lending. Go to other loan companies for loans. General hummel out

Run and run fast Payday loans have more integrity and everyone who has mentioned the problem with payouts is accurate - they will jerk you around. Jordan - remember that name - worst person you will ever deal with - no class whatsoever. Finance Team- someone please get them a calculator. Where they will get you is instead of adding on to an existing loan they insist on a new loan so you will end up with 3 paying triple than if it was on one loan- which ethical organization does that? Oops that was my first mistake thinking they know the meaning of the word!

Got a loan from Prudent Financial and the loan officer Samantha Ameerally was so helpful, kind efficient and professional. Highly recommend....thanks Ms. Ameerally.

I was a couple of payments behind. It started when I had bad flu in April,I called and left a message with Jordan. He got back to me and was very rude, practically yelling at me.
I made some payments to try to catch up. A few weeks ago I came out of work, car was gone, I was left stranded. Had personal belongings in car, friends came to pick me up. I messaged company to find out where car is, won't tell me, I feel this is like theft. Cars shouldn't be just taken like this. I warn everyone stay away from this company. They are heartless, leaving a person stranded. I need a car for work, missed a lot of work and pay because of them.

This is a classic bait & switch - they send you a 'pre-approval' offer for a loan, and then immediately switch over to debt counseling, which is a great way to ruin your already troubled credit score. Don't even bother with them.

My experience went well. I’m a long time customer with prudent and the lady that helped me. Andrea was very well. She went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me get what I needed to serve my purposes great overall experience.

I was looked after by Samatha Ameerally. She was very helpful and pleasant.I appreciated her knowledge and honesty.

Prudential sent Pension verification forms for my husband and I to compete on 4th March which we received in Cyprus 2nd April. Not the Prudential fault that the postal system here is slow but as they stated that we only have 6 weeks to complete and return the forms or our pension payments would be suspended we were concerned. Tried to call the telephone number on the letter and after a long recorded message were then left holding for 12 minutes. Thought we would try the suggested web site but had trouble registering. Tried the chat service and told they couldn’t help with the verification but could help with the registration. Lost contact and screen message said try again. Finally decided to fill in the forms and send via recorded delivery on Monday with fingers crossed. As the Prudential pension department are dealing with predominantly older customers their communication system is flawed.

My experiences. This company have made getting a payout of about £125.00 (less tax) about as difficult as it could be, They say, log into our easy to use on line system. It doesn't work. There is no way to attach documents they request to there contact sheet. The contact sheet asks for loads of pointless information.
There excuse( because it is one) is to prevent fraud and in aid of crime prevention. How can sending a document prevent crime? Scams are invented to scam the public. It was this company that contacted me so how could i then scam them after they contacted me?
I would say there priority is to not pay out money.
The only plus i can think of is that during lengthy waits on the phone, they play vivaldi

Why can't I give a negative score?

Utter, Utter, Utter, disgrace of a company.
Everything has been said in other reviews already, but this company will bend over backwards to AVOID paying out your money.
My situation started six months ago as I tried to drawdown £1600 from a £2500 pot.
They have ignored my calls and emails, hung up on me on the phone, promised and failed to return calls, written to me telling me I had ignored their previous letters, which is of course, totally false.

I engaged my own Financial advisor, who unfortunately suffered the exact same rigmaroll as above.
Prudential have mucked him around for months, therefore he lodged an official complaint.
Three weeks after the complaint was lodged, Prudential wrote to my F.A. informing him that the "investigation" would take an additional FOUR weeks, and at the end of that time they would write to him with the results of the investigation, or if indeed they would need more time!
They are a total disgrace.
I remind you, my overall policy is worth £2.5k. I now owe my Financial Advisor a similar amount but I refuse to let this go.
Our next stop is the Ombudsman.

Isn't it weird, how the Pru suddenly started replying to post's on this forum a couple of weeks ago when they're disproval was at 93%?
Will I get an apology on here and a sudden invite to write to Social@ ??The suspense is killing me.
Based on our previous experiences of communicating with these crooks, why would I want to waste more time writing to them?

Had a great experience dealing with Prudent Financial Services. My expectations were exceeded in dealing with everyone. Everything was presented to me in a Professional manner and service. I would like to especially say that Marie Chua was excellent in providing me all the information I required to get everything finalized and went beyond in getting everything done in a timely and professional way, Thank you Marie.

Less than 1 week I decided to check out the offer Prudent Financial mail me. I have pondering after conversation with a special human been Mr Nathan Brodsky. He FOUND A SOLUTION to my worries! Profissional, capable, prepared with all information necessary to answer my questions. Thanks Mr Brodsky for you patient as well!

I have been helped by Gary and the team for almost 10 years now.
It started with Debra and now Naomi.
They have always helped me out whenever I was in need of any funds.

I worked with Naomi, who was extremely pleasant and friendly. She helped me to obtain the maximum amount possible for my car loan and was fast and efficient in producing the paperwork and releasing the funds. Really appreciated her help.
