but the residential proxy is OK

This company turned out to be scammers
Their website promises 24/7 support, but I waited around 10 hours for a reply.
They also advertise 99.9% availability, while in my case the real availability was effectively 0% because none of the tested IPs worked for this particular resource.
Before payment, the service presentation suggested these proxies were suitable for marketplace tasks, but after purchase support said they were not intended for this particular resource.
I used less than 1% of the traffic only to test the service, yet they still refused any refund or fair adjustment.
Support was also rude and dismissive, so overall this felt misleading and deeply unprofessional.
