buy proxy and dont work on my service, and cant refund. Its scam.

Use their service from last 6 month. Use their residential and mobile services. Use it for tiktok and its working properly.

I prepaid for a 6-month Dedicated Static Residential IP (#1704245), but it has been a major disappointment. Multiple security databases (IPHub, Scamalytics) identify this IP as "Mixed ISP (hosting & residential)" rather than a pure residential line. This misrepresentation causes constant blocks on essential platforms like Google Gemini.

When I provided technical evidence of this quality failure, agent Boji ignored the facts and blamed "user leakage" without any investigation, then prematurely ended the chat. I have prepaid for months of service that I cannot use due to their inherently flawed IP pool. Stay away if you need real residential quality and reliable support.

I purchased a Static Residential Proxy (Thailand). It worked fine for the first 4 hours, and then the connection completely dropped (constant timeouts, SOCKS5 errors, inability to load even a simple Speedtest).

I contacted support (agent "Anton"), and the experience was shocking:

Technical Incompetence: The agent tried to convince me that the sudden drop in speed was due to "my distance from the server." I am a network administrator; I know how routing works. If "distance" was the problem, it wouldn't have worked perfectly for the first few hours. The proxy node obviously died or was oversold, but they refused to admit it.

Refusal to Fix: I simply asked to replace the non-working proxy with a working one. The agent refused.

Refusal to Refund: The agent claimed the "system does not allow refunds," even though the service was clearly not being provided.

Rude Behavior: Instead of solving the problem, the agent accused me of being insulting (when I was just demanding a working service) and simply closed the chat.

Verdict: They sell unstable proxies and leave you with no money and no working product once issues arise. A complete scam. Save your time and money.

It’s not easy to stand out in this market, as there’s a lot of competition and it’s challenging to keep all services up to date in terms of security and reliability. Even so, after testing many providers, this one has been the best for me. I had an issue with a recent order, and their support was instant and genuinely helpful.

Horrible proxy, constant random downtime. You as a customer should expect downtime - this is the mindset of the support staff. When you report the problem, they will just send you a screenshot of a time when the connection was not failing, and tell you that the problem is resolved.

Purchased 2 days ago, smooth so far

I've tried a couple of services with this proxy, but both are easily blocked, so it's a scam. Support is unresponsive, and they don't offer refunds. Stay away! You won't get your money back.

They have totally useless service i tried connecting them using the live chat but after the 30 mn delays my chats was ended for no reason and they asked me to wait again 30 mns and this happened again and again and again. I tried almost 7 to 8 times but they didn't allow me connect with anyone and just wasted my 2 days and lots of hrs waiting. I do not recommend buying anything from these people. They're looking like scammers and have no clue how to do business or how to keep customers happy. Totally waste of time and money.

The proxies are picked up as redflags and blocked or removed. And i bought mobile proxies because i heard those were harder to detect

They first provided a very good static residential proxy that had a fraud score of 0 and a VPN proxy detect of 0, meaning it was a real proxy. However, within 3 days of using the proxy, it suddenly stopped working, and they suggested that I get another ISP proxy. Then, all the proxies they changed were data center proxies. I didn't get a single Static Residential proxy after that.)

The proxy I am currently using is proxy type VPN, fraud score 99. This means that for the price of a static residential proxy, you get the VPN proxy with the highest fraud score.

Proxy ID #1519662, Proxy ID #1520317, Proxy ID #1522930. I got total of 3 replacements were received by the proxy, all of which were from the data center.

I bought myself an IPS proxy on this site. I launched the site I was interested in, but Cloudflare's check immediately blocked the entrance. I wrote to support - asked for a replacement or refund. Their answer is that they are not responsible for this, be prepared that your proxy may be blocked. I do not advise anyone to buy here.

Their proxies do not work at all. The customer support does not respond. I will never ever recommend this to anyone. No setup guide. Everything stopped working on my PC when I wanted to use their proxy.
